I've tried visiting some of the other dealerships in the area, but I never get treated as nicely as I do at Jones!

Very easy to make appointment promptly and always done with any service when they say they're going to be. They would do anything for the customer.
I loved the idea of driving into the building and not having to walk in the bad weather very clean. The customer service was spot on he was very accom...modating.

Long story short my car was damaged and repair was not not completed correctly now 5 months after the repair my cars paint is blistered. The best par...t is when I contacted the owner (by email)the day after I picked up my car I didn't receive a response for 2 weeks until I re-emailed the owner. Thanks to Jones I spent over $900.00 to have my car look more damaged than it did when I dropped it off for repairs.
I purchased several vehicles from Jones Chevrolet and each time the salesman found the exact vehicle I wanted and got me a fair value on mine. Servi...ce department is always friendly and up front. Great dealership, staff and owner.
They led me on. The salesperson did not bother to tell the receptionist that deals with the public that the Subaru Legacy (which is STILL ON THE WEBSI...TE AS AVAILABLE) had a cracked frame. We came in from an hour away to check out that one car. The receptionist was honest with me from the beginning and told me there was rust. Then sent me real pictures of the car. Of course the salesman had another car available for us to look at at twice the price. Not Happy!!!!

had my car in for sevicer 2 times with 2 weeks(unrelated) service staff was friendly. and kept me informed as to the work they were doing. Even thoug...h they are remodeling the dealership I found it suprizing clean.
