Went in for a service call, never was told about a

Went in for a service call, never was told about a diagnostic fee. They said my vehicle was out of warranty my warranty is 60,000 miles powertrain. My vehicle has 53,000 miles. They will not do nothing to correct. The issue spoke to the service manager about how we were treated by her employees Austin and she said I trust them after telling me he did not explain what he was supposed to just had me sign. Spoke with Hank. He told me they have to go off what their wand says and he will use all this as a learning curve. I asked how my vehicle would show a 20,000 mile difference with nothing’s been done to the vehicle again we have to go off with the one says I would watch that service department and use a different service department. They state they have no cameras in their service department. I would never take another vehicle or purchase a vehicle from this company, customer service and professionalism very poor.

Terrible experience with the service dept.

Terrible experience with the service dept. Definitely would not recommend and will Never return. They have had our truck for a week for a job that should take 1-2 hours. Zero communication at all. Only info we are getting is lies and excuses. They finally acknowledged receiving the part they were supposedly waiting on since last Wednesday yesterday. Should take 1-2 hours max (2-4 max for an inexperienced mechanic), but yet we are still waiting over 24 hours later. This place is not reliable, or trustworthy at all.

Great service.

Great service. Did exactly what they said they would do and completed in a timely manner. Can not even tell what what was replaced.... I received a loaner car while my car was in for repairs My car was cleaned inside and out when I returned to pick it up

Tim Bovee goes the extra mile to make sure his clients

Tim Bovee goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are happy with their purchase. He spent extra time with me and my new Equinox to show what all the bells & whistles were there for. He told me to come back anytime if I didn't understand or couldn't figure out something. Just makes you feel like you & your purchase are important. Well done Tim!

Didnt tell me about a couple dings in front bumper as I

Didnt tell me about a couple dings in front bumper as I drove 3 hours to get there,, bought the vehicle anyhow and since then been a fiasco with the getting the title,, sent to old address and never received then they sent another plate extension and the new title sent as well suppose to be overnight and that never showed,, talked to some Patti that said she would check on it and never called back,, I called 3 times and finally the operator got her to answer,, what a joke and all I want is the title for the truck I bought 2 months ago!!! Very poor customer service.
