Service department understaffed and definitely under-educated. Had my truck in at least four times for same issue. The final straw was having an appointment for over a week, checking in for said appointment, and the service advisor and technician loudly complaining about my truck being back for warranty repair.

Walker Brothers are the only dealer I use for buying or having my 3 vehicles serviced. Their service technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and always do a great job.

my defroster didn't work--for me; actually my mechanic came to the car and immediately made it work. i just didn't know how to turn it on since it is a new car to me. i was so delighted that i didn't have to pay for a repair.

Was very disappointed in my recent visit. I came in with an appointment to test drive (and hopefully purchase) a used Lincoln. When it came time to negotiate the price they tried to pull one over on me. The price in store was $1900 more than the online price. When Mike, the "online guy", came in to see where I was getting my price...all he said was "I'm sorry but Carfax put the wrong price in and we will not honor that price." Last I remembered that was called false advertising Mike! Will not deal with a shady dealership like this ever again. Very disappointing!!!
