Everyone we had contact with at Steingold was very friendly. Brian is personable and was patient with us as we were trading in a 2011 Volvo S80 and upgrading to 2025 XC60 plug in hybrid. We had a lot to learn with the advancements in technology. We never felt pressured and were happy to give Brian our business. Also Robby in the service department had serviced my prior 2 Volvos over the course of 20 years and had recently made the move to Steingold. I was thrilled to disvovet that Robby was at Steingold!

This is the 8th car we have purchased from Steingold and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Brian was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He took his time explaining everything and had set everything up for us so we didn’t have to do much when we picked up the car. Can’t go wrong with Steingold!

They are customer friendly, aim to please and are not pushy /high pressure. We bought our first Volvo from them in 2008. We have looked around diligently as consumers for our successive cars and always return to Stephen and Steingold.

Michael was very easy to work with for my Overseas Delivery XC40. I live out of state, and Michael made the entire transaction, once I made the decision to do it and where to go, painless. Because of that, I would have no problem telling anyone who asks why my XC40 has red license plates on the front, about Michael and Steingold on where to go to get their new Volvo.
