I have taken my 2006 Range Rover to Howard Orloff dealer on several occasions and received great customer service from Ikram but the mechanics are careless... and don't pay attention to detail. My truck was there for almost 2 months, only to receive it back with the engine cover in my trunk. I had to place it back on the engine myself and after taking my truck back in to address some sensors. I asked Ikram to make sure the mechanics mount my engine cover from the previous visit. I received my truck on yesterday afternoon and last night took a look under the hood, only to find the cover had not been mounted. I shouldn't have to go under the hood to verify that work has been done. Careless!
Was emailed with a representative in regards to me driving down to test drive a specific car, I email stating the date that I will going in to test drive... car got to the location only to find out that they had already sold the car drove over 1 an hour to this dealer, just to be told that they had sold the car.
I have never enjoyed the car-buying experience until now. I made a brief phone call to the dealership where I was connected with Alicia Houston prior to... coming in to view the vehicle that I was interested in. The phone call itself was very easy going and welcoming. Alicia takes the time to truly know her customer and treat them with kindness, patience and respect. She clearly possesses knowledge of any car that she sells as well. Every question is answered thoroughly and precisely. What is very clear to me though, and stands out about my latest purchase is how passionate Alicia is about what she does. We recently purchased a previously owned certified Jaguar XF from Howard Orloff Imports. Long story short, we were very satisfied. Our salesperson, Shawn... Stephens, went out of his way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. He came in on his day off to work with us, as this was the only day we could make it to the dealership. Shawn took the necessary time to make sure we understood all aspects of the car. When we are in the market for our next vehicle, we will go to Shawn first. SALE EXPERIENCE - I had a painless purchase from the used car selection. Would advise dealing with Cayley Strait, don't let her young age fool you,... she knows her way around the dealership. No hard sales push. Negotiated to my satisfaction for a good price through the used car sales manager. The price was not fair, not great but a GOOD price. I noted a quick response and good communication with questions prior to arrival to the dealership. Agreed on a price prior to stepping in the door. Courteous staff addressed you as you walked through the dealership. I can not comment on the service department other than the the car was spotless when I came to pick it up, well detailed. Half empty for my test drive the gas tank was topped off without asking when I drove it off the lot. A quick walk through the paperwork and everything was in order.

Service advisors do not pick up the phone when you call. Expect to wait one week to have your call returned. They are terrible at their jobs and take... no pride in doing them well.
Colin C made the process smooth and truly enjoyable for both of us. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, the features, the options and what was important... to us. We never felt rushed or pressured. When it came time to move forward, it was an efficient process. Once we placed the order, Colin kept us updated at every step. It was a pleasure working with him for our 2018 XC60 and we absolutely love the vehicle!
Selim, our salesman, was exceptional. We purchased an XC90 T8 and he above and beyond to make sure it was a seamless process. He spent plenty of time... going over every detail of the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. He wasn't pushy in the least and made the buying process very easy.
