Took my Jaguar in for repairs. 2,000 dollars. A month later same problem. Was told that l needed the same repair l had paid for. I checked previous receipt... and found that this problem was supposed to have been done. It was not and l was charged for the repair. They tried to tell me l didn't have the original repair completed. I showed the receipt. That were embarrassed and completed the repair correctly. I am still upset that they tried to charge me for repairs that were supposed to have been completed the first time. The service department is shady.

I came to Howard Orloff Imports this past Friday to trade in my Jaguar and get a new Range Rover. I made an appointment with Mark Vignaroli. The whole... process was the smoothest, quickest, and enjoyable I have ever experienced. Mark was so nice and professional and really took the time to explain differences between models and for us to look at the car we wanted a couple times and drive it around. He made everything easy for us and even gave us some complementary Land Rover merchandise. He even helped to move some things over from my old car into the new one and took the time to drive us around the dealer and out of the parking lot once we were done. I definitely recommend this dealer and sales person to anyone thinking of buying a car. I will be coming back to upgrade in the next couple of years!

Do NOT visit this dealership for any servicing. My Jaguar was in perfect condition and I took it to Howard Orloff for a brake change and they screwed up... my entire engine! This has been a nightmare, I have had to replace an entire ENGINE! All I wanted was new brakes and they gave me the car with the check engine light on and refused to take it back the same day to check the issue. When they did take it back they said it was a pipe issue that they supposedly resolved. I believed these liars and picked up the car and drove it only to have an overheating engine and needing to tow the vehicle. I gave them anther chance to fix their mistake and you guessed it they told me the issue was all fixed again and I drove it and had once again the engine overheated. Absolutely ridiculous!! At this point I knew not to trust this dealership and I took it to another Jaguar dealership which told me that the entire engine needed to be replaced! The question now is how do you go from a routine brake change to a dealership destroying your car's engine!
To much to list, but when our deal fell through due, to what was promised in the “original sales deal”, not the same deal, in the Finace office. Numbers... were off by $17,000. •They were the ones, that told me to do an appraisal •They were the ones that wanted to buy my car. •They were the ones that said they could work within my buget. •They were the ones that wanted to do “creative financing”. •They were the ones that made me go back and forth to their dealership for two days. When the deal did not meet my previously discussed buget and fell through, man did they get “SORE” quick. No more buying my car, no more kindness, and sales guy had to go to lunch ASAP. Not to sure who BILL was, but just became a rude MF. “Why should we buy your car, when you don’t buy ours”... was what he said. Well BILL not only will I never buy a car from you guys again, considering this would have been my fourth purchase, but will definitely tell friends and family of my experience at you place of business. Oh, and by the way now I know why you have so many cars just lying around, you have no professional sales skills.
I have taken my 2006 Range Rover to Howard Orloff dealer on several occasions and received great customer service from Ikram but the mechanics are careless... and don't pay attention to detail. My truck was there for almost 2 months, only to receive it back with the engine cover in my trunk. I had to place it back on the engine myself and after taking my truck back in to address some sensors. I asked Ikram to make sure the mechanics mount my engine cover from the previous visit. I received my truck on yesterday afternoon and last night took a look under the hood, only to find the cover had not been mounted. I shouldn't have to go under the hood to verify that work has been done. Careless!
Was emailed with a representative in regards to me driving down to test drive a specific car, I email stating the date that I will going in to test drive... car got to the location only to find out that they had already sold the car drove over 1 an hour to this dealer, just to be told that they had sold the car.
We recently purchased a previously owned certified Jaguar XF from Howard Orloff Imports. Long story short, we were very satisfied. Our salesperson, Shawn... Stephens, went out of his way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. He came in on his day off to work with us, as this was the only day we could make it to the dealership. Shawn took the necessary time to make sure we understood all aspects of the car. When we are in the market for our next vehicle, we will go to Shawn first. SALE EXPERIENCE - I had a painless purchase from the used car selection. Would advise dealing with Cayley Strait, don't let her young age fool you, she... knows her way around the dealership. No hard sales push. Negotiated to my satisfaction for a good price through the used car sales manager. The price was not fair, not great but a GOOD price. I noted a quick response and good communication with questions prior to arrival to the dealership. Agreed on a price prior to stepping in the door. Courteous staff addressed you as you walked through the dealership. I can not comment on the service department other than the the car was spotless when I came to pick it up, well detailed. Half empty for my test drive the gas tank was topped off without asking when I drove it off the lot. A quick walk through the paperwork and everything was in order.
