Just purchased our 3rd vehicle from this dealership. No one values return customers like Romeo does. Our salesman, Jim Noon, got our deal done and was... attentive to our every question and concern. We especially appreciated his no pressure, down to earth personality. We highly recommend working with him. (Happy Birthday, Jim!) Pre-owned auto manager, Pete Fabiano, is terrific and always does what he can in order to help us. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Romeo Chevrolet! Our sales agent Randy Wilbur was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and... beyond to help us close our deal on a 2014 Equinox. The Sales Manager and the Finance Team (George and Geoff) were expedient and made sure we were able to get the deal done in a timely manner. Called to confirm what quote included was told one thing and it was not correct. Never was told that an additional service was needed (alignment) with... service being done. Two different staff members and both failed to advise.

Multiple reasons. One day, waiting 2 hours for servicing to be told that they were ordering a part and would have me come back. Didn?t touch my vehicle... for those 2 hours I sat. The other issue, the day we left our car was sounding funny, a small vibration in the front that kept getting worse. My husband noticed that a lug nut was missing off the front driver wheel, and all but one were completely loose to the point of twisting them off by hand. We have video proof of this. Could have gotten in an accident with severe outcomes, Car only every serviced at this dealership. Never again.

George was AMAZING! He made me feel very comfortable and even engaged with my 6yo to keep her settled. He made the process amazing! Its no secret that... buying a car and the time it takes is annoying, but after having a bad experience at another dealer, Romeo put me in a vehicle same day. They made trading my lease so easy! Top-notch customer service by everyone we came in contact with. Alicia on the phone was very friendly as well. Great team at Romeo! Worth the 45min to 1hr drive there for my buying experience.
