George at Romeo Kingston was wonderful to work with!

George at Romeo Kingston was wonderful to work with! I was offered a very good deal but not pressured to buy. George was very patient and helpful. It didn't take me long to counteroffer and accept an even better price that was offered. I love my Buick Envision Avenir so much! George continues to be of help days after I purchased as he patiently assists me learning about my new car. I definitely recommend working with George!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I made an appointment to see a car the night before and confirmed it in the morning. I test drove the car and was very happy with it; everything was going smoothly. The salesperson asked if I wanted to see how it looked on paper, and I said yes. He went inside, and a few minutes later, another salesperson came in and informed me that the car had been sold. You can imagine my confusion and disappointment. I thought they were joking or this was some sort of a trick. Apparently, while I was test driving the car, they sold it to someone else who walked in and didn’t need to test drive. Shame on this dealership. I was so excited to finally purchasing my first car, they put me in a terrible mood for the rest of the day, not to mention I literally started crying as I was ready to sign the papers. No doubt that they are running an unethical business. It has been a day and I am still so upset about this whole experience.

I just love my Chevy Tahoe and I just love Romeo

I just love my Chevy Tahoe and I just love Romeo Chevrolet in Lake Katrine, New York. Everyone is knowledgable, extremely helpful and friendly and genuinely interested in being of assistance. I have always received expert service on my Tahoe which is why I gladly drive 126 miles round trip to Romeo Chevrolet even though there are car service centers closer to where I live. If Romeo Chevrolet had a fan club, I’d be president. Laura Hacker

My husband and I have purchased 9 cars from Romeo Chevy

My husband and I have purchased 9 cars from Romeo Chevy and just brought home our 10th! Ashley Sadler, Sales & Leasing Consultant, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, super cool & friendly. We especially appreciate the level of care and detail she puts in to everything she does. She always makes us feel like valued customers, so, of course, we keep going back to her! Thank you, Ashley! Jon Carpino, Finance Manager, knows how to get a job done. He always navigates us through the car buying process with ease and expertise. We presented Jon with a challenge this time around, but he was up for it, he was 100% in, and he made it happen for us. STAY AWAY I don’t usually get involved in reviews I am a very easy going person but I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the dealership in so many ways. I dropped off my truck at this business for a power draw could be fixed that was it. They had my truck for almost 6 weeks I picked it up on a Saturday with the service advisor telling me I’m all set there are no problems with the truck well guess what six days later same problem truck won’t start because of power draw. All this dealership did was take my money during the process of having truck at the dealership was so frustrating they would never call you back you could never get a hold of your service advisor and they could not supply you with i information I always had to go in on my day off Saturday to try to get anywhere. I had a service advisor give me somebody’s else information not my car or warranty information they tried giving me back truck half way through still not fixed even driving truck up front saying it was fixed when it was not so it was left longer. They told me it had a small power draw from beginning but could not supply me any information multiple times concerning draw. I even got a service manager involved after being so frustrated but really got no where still we even went out to truck one Saturday both myself and service manger to start it and of course it would not start so there is obviously a problem but they tell me otherwise. Lastly when I pick truck up they tell me they did not do any work on it last two weeks just started it let it run and take it for a test drive it has a power draw has always run fine and who knows why they would take it for a test drive. Again just absolutely disappointed in this place of business took my money and I still have the same issue with truck for what I wanted them to fix. I’m sure this dealership will respond to this review trying to make themselves look good but unfortunately there is nothing good about this business. 2009 GMC repair

Charged me for a warranted part they put in .I paid over $550.00 and they didn't solve the problem.Now they want me to leave it over night to do a more extensive evaluation .I can't afford that . What another 2500? I have had many problems with Romeo GMC . I was looking for a possible used truck or SUV and never felt so humiliated . The Truck I test drove sounded so loud with a whirling sound . The sales man said it was loud and said it could be the tires ,I asked, can it be fixed ,he said yes then had his used car manager take it out for a test drive . The manager said there was nothing wrong with it . xx . I am so disappointed with Romeo dealership I can't tell you all the problems I had in this one square box . Believe me Thousands of dollars latter .Then they had the nerve to say I should buy a suv with 114000 miles on it from them .Yeah I want their problem . What a joke .The service rep was a Good Guy and was following org practices so I don't blame him if he couldn't control it .Over all I lost lots of money for nothing . Not to include a problem the mechanic should have found right off the bat . That mistake cost me thousands of dollars that should have only cost me 1200 . Very disappointing . I should have faith in your mechanics to know what they are doing . I feel ripped off and humiliated . I could go on .I need a Mechanic and I will find one .A machanic that KNOWS what they are doing . Trust me They will rip you off at Romeo
