    Super nice, accommodating staff. The new dealership is kid friendly and had hotdogs which were totally welcome, complimentary perks! The sales staff... literally ran around to get our paperwork done and they ran to the car wash to get our new Jeep prepped for us since it was late in the day on a Saturday. Very pleasant experience!

    Just wanted to say LT Bengal is a great place to buy a car or truck. My man Nick Warren was absolutely great. I inquired about a truck online and before... I could get down to look at it, it sold. I had told Nick over the phone what I was looking for and the range I wanted to be payment wise. He had told me to be patient because he was taking in a truck the following week. Sent photos of my truck I was trading in. He had sent me photos of the truck he took in. Literally did a deal over the phone. Then to actually meet him in person taking the truck for a test drive was like talking to your best friend, down to earth, was not pushy like most sales people are. Really look out for what I wanted. Will definitely go back when I’m ready for another new truck.

    They listed a car that appealed to me, I inquired about it and was told it was no longer available. I checked, and the ad was still up ... and then it... was updated with a dramatically lower price. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM YOU LOSERS.

    DO NOT USE: Today I went in for an oil change. I got their at 7:15 AM for Express service. At 8:15 a service manager asked me to follow him. I was escorted... to the office of Eugene Waterbury. Eugene asked me to have a seat and closed the door. Eugene then informed me he would not be servicing my vehicle because I have never been happy with the service from his establishment or my car. I explained that I had an oil change package for the car through Chrysler. Eugene then told me I could go to the dealership where I purchased the car to have that service completed. Eugene then had his service manager follow me to the waiting area to retrieve my belongings and had the service manager follow the to my vehicle. It was embarrassing and I felt like a criminal. I have always provided my feedback in the surveys provided via email. If I was unhappy with constantly being upsold like a Jiffy Lube I expressed it in that survey. Eugene never asked me why I was unhappy with the car or service. He decided to avoid another potential negative survey by refusing service instead of finding out why I was unhappy with the service and vehicle. I am appalled by his actions. I will never buy a Chrysler again.

    L.T. Begnal Motor Company is the BEST dealership in the Capital Region Area! Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. They truly go the extra... mile to ensure your car buying experience is pleasurable. It started with a quick email, I had a specific vehicle and a list of options that I was looking for ... In less than 48 hours, we made the deal and I was in my new car driving home! William Facompre is one of the best sales representatives that I have ever worked with. He valued my time and honesty and provided me with the "Sign and Drive" experience I was looking for. Dave Wagor, the Finance Manager was an absolute pleasure to speak with and took time to review various options and warranty packages that were available. I can honestly say, the experience at L. T. Begnal was superior to past experiences when purchasing Lincoln and Infiniti vehciles. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasurable car buying experience - And I am sure I will be a repeat customer in the years to come.

    I would rather drive 2 hours to any other dealership before I do business with them. They do not return calls, drag out the deal (if you can get a deal)... and then when you say the price is too high compared to other Dodge Jeep dealers the salesman says "Well then we're done here you have wasted too much of my time, have a nice day." Mind you the salesman was 2 days behind on getting the vehicle and did not call to tell me that. Then the owner calls to say he is confused about what happened and I explained to him and his response was, "Well because you backed out of the deal you saved me $3800, thank you." I'm sorry but that is no way to run a business. My family and friends have bought numerous vehicles from them over the years and this is what we get. No more from Begnal. P.S.- Josh and Micheal in service are the best.

    This customer purchased a used vehicle from us in June with 108,000 miles on it . He had a few issues with his Jeep, though out of warranty, we addres...sed each issue. His family and friends came to us on his behalf and asked us to help trade him out of his car. We were willing to do what it takes to help him out even after driving the Jeep 11,000 miles. After agreeing on terms and pricing we then purchased a vehicle from another dealer on his behave and on his word. Once the new Jeep arrived he wanted to change the terms. He then cancelled the transaction. We did everything possible to satisfy this customer in a professional and timely manner. On a side note his friends and family still purchase cars from us and are very happy.

    Our Service Manager spoke with Sean and he was going to come in and get everything taken care of on 9/11/14. Still has not shown up. We have attempted... numerous times to correct his concerns, but to date he still has not contacted the dealership. We are still willing to review his concerns and resolve them.

    I am 62 years old. I have had many new cars and a couple of used cars in my time. I hate car dealerships. I hate car salesmen. I hate feeling like I'm... being taken. I hate talking to typical salesman that look shiftier than our heads of government. Luckily for me, I hit the lottery. And his name was Dean Liu. He responded to my original e-mail (asking for info. on a car) within a few hours. He was extraordinarly warm and friendly. He was knowledgable. No matter what I wanted or needed, he was extremely attentive and helpful. There aren't enough positive words that I can say regarding this man. Thank you Dean. If you want a positive experience buying a used car, ask for Dean Liu at Begnal Motors, Kingston NY. If you want a new car, call Begnal Motors and ask if Dean can show you the new cars. I can't imagine it being anything but positive.
