I bought a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan.

I bought a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. Big mistake. The whole engine had to be rebuilt. Now the whole brake system needs to be replaced. I was driving my van and the brakes just went out. Talk about terrifying. They sold me a very unsafe vehicle. Actually put my life at risk. I will never go there again. I would not recommend this place. They will put you in an unsafe vehicle. Laughing all the way to the bank.

Great Experience and very happy with the vehicle.

Great Experience and very happy with the vehicle. Purchase was easy and minor repair was covered with no expense to me. Would definitely recommend if you?re in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Vehicle was exactly as described on the listing.

Vehicle was exactly as described on the listing. Price was fair and there were no hidden fees or charges. Negotiation was super easy. Staff was all extremely professional and helpful. I would 100% buy from this dealership again.

The dealer picked a ranger from another dealer for me .

The dealer picked a ranger from another dealer for me . But besides it had a bed linner on it as a add on . Was ok with that . But the problem was they keep adding on more useless add on that I didn't want . Acting like I had to buy the truck with the additional add on ... they screwed me on those useless add on that are not worth the paper thier printed on .one was a track device that once every 24 hrs it tells you where your vehicle is ... My God ford app tells you that by the minute. What a ripoff. Also so kind of protection for interior and rust ... beware of the add on . Your better off finding a honest dealer that's interested in developing a good customer relationship and keep you coming back . I'm going to make a complaint with the FTC and ask for them to investigate this .Since I keep telling my sells lady I didn't want those add on ... Never in my life for all the new ford I've bought thru the years have I been screwed like this ... My fought I should have walked out my mistake.

8/29/24 - Another 5 stars if I could give the service

8/29/24 - Another 5 stars if I could give the service center 10. We were in a pinch and the service centers near our house were backed up for a few weeks. Spirit Ford was able to fit us and solve our issue. Sam Witte is a rock star! I would highly recommend their service department. The transmission gave out on my truck on the freeway near Dundee about 30 miles from our home. Sam Witte was our service rep and he was incredibly responsive, helpful and empathetic during this challenging and frustrating time. They completed the work before we expected and Sam worked with Ford Customer Service to help offset my out of pocket cost. Thank you Spirit Ford and Sam!
