Very thorough and prompt service, as always! Service rep took time to review the report in detail and provided trend information for the one characteristic showing deterioration.

I was very pleased to get my ford escape from Jason, but recently I had a recall on it so I called Sam to take care of it . It is the fuel injector! Sam told me not to worry about it until I smell gas, I called Atchiston ford in bellville and have an an appointment, October 10th, very dissapointed in the service dept.
