You are all awesome! Especially Kelly and Zach!

Kelly was amazing and made my buying experience easy, quick, and fun. I took my son to begin to teach him about buying a car, since he's driving soon. Both Kelly and Zach took time to explain the process and teach him things. Way cool. Although I was sad to trade in my cherished fun Jeep for a more family Jeep. They were awesome at making this a perfect transition and helped me find the perfect mixture of fun and family in our new vehicle.

Ask for Tylor

Thank you to Tylor for helping us find our new car. He was so laid back and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He wasn't pushy and it made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Junge in Hiawatha and to work with Tylor. Although, everyone there was no nice and helpful. Shout out to Andrew, Tammy, and Zach as well. Thank you guys! We are very happy with our experience and purchase.

Pleasurable experience

Happy customer

We had a very good experience working with our salesperson Tylor Rickard. He's a nice person and a class act who made the buying experience pretty easy for us. I would recommend working with Tylor to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Overall very good experience!

Used Car Shopping

My wife and I stopped in on a weekday morning to check out a 2018 SUV listed on their website. Anne Gaudet had the vehicle ready and waiting for us, and she introduced us to Michael Peiffer who would work with us as our sales associate. They were both extremely polite, attentive, and able to address all of our questions throughout the test drive and pricing discussions. We never once felt pressured or that we did not have their full attention. They are what sales professionals should be, and my wife and I would gladly recommend Anne and Michael at Junge Automotive in Cedar Rapids (Hiawatha). This was our 2nd purchase at a Junge location in the last 6 years, and it is because of their professionalism, service and fair pricing that we keep coming back.

Junge Service Dept

Junge Sales and Service Dept the best in eastern Iowa. We had a great experience w/ the purchase, and my service appointments since have been extremely satisfactory. Highly recommend this dealership for a new Volvo, Lincoln, Mazda, etc. Friendly, courteous, honest, appreciative staff!

Quality

From the start to the finish of purchasing my new car it was enjoyable. They made me a priority, let me have have cars until I could make up my mind, and when something was wrong with the car I chose they took care of it immediately and gave me a longer car while it was getting fixed.

Horrible experience

From day 1 my experience at Junge was a nightmare! Financing screwed up, customer service sucked and I was made to feel like I was at fault. Here we are 7 months later and they contacted me to pick up my trade in...really?!?! I will never shop here again and recommend others go elsewhere.

WOW!! What a great place with amazing people! I felt welcome and no pressure from all sales associates! Raleigh Davis was an incredible sales associate with great knowledge of my new Volvo!! Truly an amazing car buying experience! Thank you Junge Volvo!!

Operations

Since I do not have access to Facebook or Google email, I was told that I can write a review about my experience with Junge Ford at this link. Our Sales Consultant Rhett Butler was very professional, courteous and friendly. He was knowledgeable for what we were looking for. We initially were looking to purchase a F-150 but changed our minds and ended up purchasing an Explorer. Rhett was on top of each style of vehicle we looked at and helped with our decision. There were a couple of flaws to the Explorer paint on the hood and one of the tires had a slow leak in it, so Rhett along with Matt the Sales Manager said that Junge Ford will fix it at no cost to us. It was a pleasure dealing with Rhett.
