My wife and I stopped in on a weekday morning to check out a 2018 SUV listed on their website. Anne Gaudet had the vehicle ready and waiting for us, and... she introduced us to Michael Peiffer who would work with us as our sales associate. From the start to the finish of purchasing my new car it was enjoyable. They made me a priority, let me have have cars until I could make up my mind,... and when something was wrong with the car I chose they took care of it immediately and gave me a longer car while it was getting fixed.
From day 1 my experience at Junge was a nightmare! Financing screwed up, customer service sucked and I was made to feel like I was at fault. Here we are... 7 months later and they contacted me to pick up my trade in...really?!?! I will never shop here again and recommend others go elsewhere.

Since I do not have access to Facebook or Google email, I was told that I can write a review about my experience with Junge Ford at this link. Our Sales... Consultant Rhett Butler was very professional, courteous and friendly. He was knowledgeable for what we were looking for. We initially were looking to purchase a F-150 but changed our minds and ended up purchasing an Explorer. Rhett was on top of each style of vehicle we looked at and helped with our decision. There were a couple of flaws to the Explorer paint on the hood and one of the tires had a slow leak in it, so Rhett along with Matt the Sales Manager said that Junge Ford will fix it at no cost to us. It was a pleasure dealing with Rhett.
We just bought a Volvo XC40 and couldn’t be happier! Paul Bixby was top notch! He let us drive several cars, was super helpful and friendly, and answered... all our questions, without being overbearing in the least. Initial communication was via the internet. Communication was excellent. Both Anne and Raleigh were fantastic. Surprisingly so was the finance manager!... He walked through the options very well. Junge was a first class experience
We do not drive our 2017 Volvo S60 enough miles each year in order to come close to the 10,000 mile interval, so we go for the once-a-year maintenance.... We have had excellent service all three times.
