Had my car serviced for oil change, tire rotation, recalls, and several things coming up on 60K checkup to spread cost out. Had to wait a month for appointment.... Service manger said it would take that long to get the parts for recalls.9

On the previous oil change, incorrect information was provided as to when the next oil change was due. Thus, while traveling, we needed to add oil. I understand... mistakes can happen but we also had a low oil problem with a previous car while traveling. Is it the Subaru model? Or the dealer? Either way, it?s frustrating and we?ve not had similar problems with other cars makes.

The waiting line was not long but just two to three people. But every time I had to wait at least ten minutes to talk to an advisor. It seems like this... store has had too many customers that it is beyond its ability. Besides that, I was charges $50 for an oil change and tire rotation. I would say it is a bit pricy. If it were not for the open recalls, probably will not come here again.

I was shopping for a new GMC Acadia at Dave Wright auto in Marshalltown and made an appointment to see the vehicle and drove from mason city area to look... at the gmc. The sales staff took about 20 minutes to greet me and then told me she did not know much about gmc products even though they sell gmc. I test drove the vehicle and made a cash offer and the sales manager was the most rude I have ever dealt with and did not make a counter offer so my wife and I left. The sales person did not come back in the room when the sales manager came in to confront us on our offer. Asking price was 26,300 and I offered 23,300 and the sales manager treated us very poorly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
No pressure just great people doing a wonderful job at every step of the way, from Sales to financial. The best experience at purchasing a car in my life.... They actually give you a fair deal on your trade in. If you're looking for a car, go check them out for yourself.
We ordered a car from Dave Wright Nissan, and the delivery was delayed due to a one of the features being new and requiring a bit more time for the car... to be delivered. We ran into trouble with our current car, and in presenting the situation to the dealership, we were very happy with the result. They understood that we needed something safe to drive in a very timely manner, and without hesitation and most generously presented - they offered the use of one of their vehicles until our car arrived. The car we are driving (although smaller than the one we ordered) has very nice features and is carrying us through this situation very well. This dealership cares about its customers. Highly recommend!
I was disgusted with the salesman's ability to take advantage of the elderly. Being from Kansas and just a visitor here if this behavior had happened where... I'm from the salesperson would have been fired. I would never let any of my family members purchase a vehicle ever again from this dealership.
