Sales manager was extremely high pressure and rude. So we bought elsewhere. Took Forester today for 30,000 mile and they scared me into having a lot... of work done on my brakes. When I told my husband he told me I got taken. Spent an $600 extra that I didn't need to spend. Never going back there again.

The recall work took much longer than what was stated in the recall information sent to me. After two hours, I was also told that my vehicle was being... worked on when it was clearly sitting in the lot and hadn?t even been started. Very frustrating when you are not told the truth.

I went in for a recall Service on my 2020 Outback. The dealership is spotless, concerned about the environment, and had excellent spaces for me to work... while I waited. I was kept informed of the progress throughout, and even got a coupon for a free car wash when the weather is warmer. Love Dave Wright Subaru!!

In the past few months we have brought our Subaru in for 4 service issues. First, a standard oil change - no issues but pricier than taking our newer Honda... to the Honda dealership in Iowa City for the same service. Had warranty work done twice and then picked up a nail and needed a tire replaced. For all 3, parts had to be ordered, we were told it would take 2-3 days to get and then they would call and schedule a time for us to bring the car in. No call when parts came in any of the 3 times, and when we called a week later to follow up, for each it took another week to get the car in even though we were willing to drop it for the day each time. For 2 of these fixes we were not comfortable driving the car so we had to go a total of 4 weeks as a one car family. This is very disappointing. Although they are the only Subaru dealer in the area, I am not sure we will be back. If we do go back we will be willing to accept crap for service.
