About two months ago I brought my f350 in for a leaking clearance light on picking it up it wasn’t hard to see someone left the sun roof open and the cab was filled with water. They offered to dry it up and did a terrible job.

Poor Customer Service
We bought a new car and a DAY later, Sarat Ford could not be bothered to return phone calls or emails (the car had been obviously damaged during dealer prepping for us). Fast-forward a few months, and they STILL do NOT return emails or phone calls related to the new car they sold us (this time for paperwork proving they paid the state sales tax...which the State disputes). TERRIBLE customer service following the sale! Truly AWFUL!!!

Ms. Nicole Sowa was not only courteous, but highly professionally in handling my visit to Sarat Ford. She utilized not only my 10% birthday discount, but searched for other ways to lower my service costs.
I don' trust them
I?ve been going to Sarat for many years but the last two visits have been lousy. Seven months ago I had to leave my car overnight for a works package because they were over booked. This last time they told my daughter she needed a lot of front end work. She didn?t have it done and I brought it to another garage and they said it was fine. I called the manager at Sarat and he said it was a difference of opinion! I won?t be back.

We've had our 2017 Ford Explorer for about 2 months now and we couldn't be happier. It's comfortable and the ride is smooth, no issues at all! Nick Arkoette was the sales person who sold us the vehicle and he couldn't have been better. He is exactly the kind of guy we were hoping to deal with, friendly, polite, and was not pushy. He even kept us company while we waited for the car to get inspected! In all honesty, Nick was very much part of the reason we bought the SUV from Sarat. Setting up the maintenance appt was pleasant and timely. I left a message and someone returned the call within a 1/2 hour. I was pleased with the way I was made to feel welcome even though I did not purchase this car at Sarat.

Service advisor Mike Colson is very knowledgeable and professional. He gave an accurate description of the service needed and applied rewards points at time of payment. All your service personnel shoulby be as conscientious as Mike.
Bought a used truck and their extended warranty. Within the year the window on roof broke. They had us bring it to springfield then informed us that they will not cover the cost and our warranty would not either!! Then sent us a $45 bill for the springfield place. Stay away from Sarat Ford!
