Great Service

Staff was professional,friendly and courteous at all times.I appreciated knowing what repairs had to be done with an estimated quote and the work was done earlier than the scheduled appointment. The service tech arranged for the recall work to be completed while car was in the bay and eliminated another appointment.

2023 Explorer purchase

Exceptional. Could not ask for a better experience. From start to finish the transaction exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely consider making a future purchase with the dealer again.

Oil change

Went for oil change and tire rotation And lug nuts are swollen again they replaced them 6 months ago and wanted me to pay for another set. This to me like bad engineering on ford's part so why do I have to buy new lug nuts every time

Sarat Ford exceeded expectations, by far!

We dread going to car dealerships... however not this time. Jeff Duffy in sales, and Nate in finance, are amazing and they made our car buying experience a positive one! Jeff and Nate took care of everything we needed and they were both personable, genuinely nice people and super easy to talk to. We felt like they cared about us people, not just another customer. We had some add-ons so we did need to use the service department after our purchase. While I don't remember the name of the woman who helped me, I would like to make a point in saying that even the service department was exceptional. Without hesitation, Sarat Ford is now our go-to dealership.

Sarat Ford Service SUCKS!!

Brought my car in for oil leak 11/8 for oil pan leak told me it was rear main seal. Picked up car on 11/14 with a $2714 bill drove for 100 miles jacked it up when home and discovered it leaking worse than before. Dropped off that night and rear main seal was done again. Picked up on 11/18 when drove directly home to discover a massive transmission fluid leak from rt front axle seal. The car was towed that night for Sarat to repair CORRECTLY. Here it is 11/22 and I believe my car is on the back burner or fill in work. UNACCEPTABLE! To boot car has had 5-30 motor oil filled, WHY? Specifications call for 5-20….. Service advisor does not return calls and will not call directly to my number, claims that calls go directly to VM, even if that was so, then leave me a VM.

They had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. And I was happy with the trade in value I received. Everything happened rather quickly, just the way I like it!

Best dealer I've worked with

Best dealership I've ever worked with by a long shot. Kevin and Jeff were very kind in helping me order a truck and spend a long time test driving it before making my final decision. Kevin was friendly and not at all pushy and always available when I had questions or needed help. Jeff went above and beyond in letting me try out different vehicles (including staying after they closed) to help me make a confident decision. I'd happily recommend Sarat Ford to anyone looking to buy a Ford. They're a real gem.
