You can't go wrong there since everyone is so accommodating and very willing to help you with any concerns you may have. Truly, a wonderful experience.

    I was originally upset over a problem I was having with with 2012 Chevy Cruze radio. Upset is an understatement, I was as mad as ever. If you turned the volume down at certain times you were not able to turn it back up again. The only way to fix this and turn the volume up was to shut the car off, take the keys out of the ignition, open up the door, and then start over with starting the car back up. This would usually work and you would be able to turn the volume up on the Radio. First visit firmware was loaded and Jeff, Rodgers service person said here you go your car is all set. This did not fix the problem it actually made it worse. Second visit they replaced some parts not sure what they were but it was the next step in the GM process and the cost was $300.00 dollars but was told the car was under warranty so no charge. Drove car off lot and the same problem occurred as I was pulling off the lot so I turned around and took it right back. Third visit I'm told we need to replace the radio but the extended warranty is not under your name so it will not be covered and the cost is $642.00 for radio and probably labor as well. I'm like no way. I'm not paying for it. The car is only 4 years old. It only has 58,000 miles on it and now the Radio is broke. They also said since the car was not under warranty they are out the $300.00. Needless to say I'm so mad. I'm telling the service manager Jerry, i'm not ever buying a GM Car as long as I live. Jerry finally talks me off the ledge, we talk, and he says let me see what I can do. He calls me later and says, well GM is going to pay half and we (Rodgers) will eat the other half of the cost. Oh My, I can't tell you how happy that made me. Jerry get's an A+ for customer service. He definitely is good at his job as is Phil, and Jeff both in customer service. By the way they gave me a car to drive as well. It was the new Mailbu which I happen to enjoy driving. I just want to say THANK YOU Rodgers Chevrolet and I will be back.

    Rogers Chevrolet has the best customer service- service department. Phil has always been perfessional and very helpful getting repairs completed everty time i made a appointment. I also have to say that any other service reps were also very perfessional and nice. I didnt even purchase my vehicle through them because they didnt have the one i wanted and i still get the best service i have ever had. Way to go!!!! We need more dealerships like this.

    First, the salesman had very little knowledge about the vehicle he was showing me. To the point where in my head, I began a checklist of how many wrong facts he was stating. Secondly, he treated me like I was a fool and an idiot. I've never had a conversation with a salesman that treated me so poorly. He even felt it appropriate to make snide jokes at my expense. I don't know how a sales driven business can operate as such.

    Got a great trade offer on my car and got a terrific deal to put me in a car better suited for my kids and the extra money helped us get a new house. It took a few meetings and test drives with Jeremy, but he was patient and I felt he actually cared about my situation. It was far better service than I ever experienced or expected. He has kept in touch and even gave me some great new home care tips! The whole process and everyone there were so pleasant I will never go elsewhere again. Thank you.
