I did not purchase my baby at this dealership but that

I did not purchase my baby at this dealership but that does not matter to them! The service department is awesome, keeps me informed of status of repairs/recalls. I have used Quick Lane for 2 oil changes and they are amazing! I've never waited more than an hour to have my maintenance performed. Jake is very helpful and makes you feel welcome and valued.

Since my first visit I had Jacob.

Since my first visit I had Jacob. I no longer go anywhere else. His customer service is amazing which keeps me coming back. There are many other options for service and I have left or refused to return due to lack of appreciation for customers and high level of customer service, especially since I am also a Ford employee.
