    I was looking for a 2008 Audi TT, 3.2 with DSG with lower miles. Due to the limited number of cars for sale, I expanded my search area and came across a car in Iowa at Junge. Monte was very responsive in my requests for more detailed information. I flew into Cedar Rapids from Columbus, Monte picked me up from the airport, took the car for a test drive and everything was as Monte said it would be. The 8 hour trip home went perfect. Monte was very personable and checked in with me on the way home and when I should have been home that night to make sure all went well. Best used car buying experience I have ever had and Monte/Junge have my highest recommendation!

    This was my first experience in buying a car on my own. The sales staff was incredibly helpful in showing me my options for my price range. They had plenty of inventory to choose from. Eric the manager even reached out to be sure I was having a great sales experience. They have high expectations at their dealership which is easy to see. Highly recommended!

    Do not go to this dealership... I purchased a vehicle from Junge and the process was very short, sweet, and to the point. Didn't have to haggle long to get the deal I wanted which was great. Unfortunately, when I got my car home I noticed the brakes seemed to rub, there is a noise when making a hard left turn (unless you go very slow), and I found a large dent above the passenger side door that was not disclosed prior to purchase. Not sure if this stuff was overlooked or an honest mistake but they still have not attempted to fix anything. UPDATE - A representative dealership contacted me and wanted to work on the vehicle. I set up a date and time but they didn't check the brakes or steering. They said there must have been some miscommunication. They got me in on a different day and the person who worked on the dent pulled a piece of paint off of the car! When I requested that they fix my paint they said that they would put some touch-up paint in the area. I told them I didn't want this and that it wasn't an acceptable fix but they wanted to try it anyway. After the touch up paint, the spot looks just as bad as it did before, possibly worse. There is a height difference between the paint and where the touch up paint is and the touch up paint is darker than the surrounding paint. There are cracks around the spot as well. I called and left a message 5 days ago and have received no word from the dealership. Not sure what to do from here...

    We just purchased a new 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 from Perry, Mike, and Tammy. We had the best car experience in all our years of buying vehicles. We thought for sure this would be a 4 -6-hour process and they would play the typical car salesman games by losing our trade-in car keys or low-balling us on our trade in etc.. Instead, Perry was a “NO Pressure” salesman, and he KNOWS he stuff when it comes to the Mazda vehicles. He has to be one of the coolest salesmen we have ever worked with. We then met Mike Reeve and Tammy Wagner both continued what Perry started which was treating us like family, we sat in a very nice office, the offered us drinks, snacks and made sure we were taken care of. They worked us a deal that we were all happy with and we did this in record time. When we picked up our new car, we were warmly greeted and given the bumper to bumper and car manual run down by Perry. In addition, he introduced us to the service manager and who we would meet for our first oil change and set up our Bluetooth for us. The only item I was bummed about is that I bought a Honda last year from someone else and I really wish I would have bought it from Junge Mazda. (Perry I may be trading that one in sooner rather than later haha). I also talked to Perry that next year I will need a used vehicle for my daughter and I can honestly say that we will only buy from our NEW -Extended Family Junge Mazda going forward. Thank You - Perry, Mike, and Tammy for making this the BEST EVER buying experience. Jim & Linda

    A few weeks back my husband and I purchased a used 2009 Honda from Junge. Tim and I were very impressed with the quality of care that we received. Pam Wilson was our salesperson and she let us test drive the car, she asked us the right questions, genuinely cared about taking care of us and was very open about not having all of the answers but knew the resources on where to find them. We then began working with Scott Sadler, he was the one we negotiated price with. He was quick at assessing the vehicle we were looking to trade in, Pam had done a good job of relaying the concerns we had about the car we were looking to buy and Scott addressed all of them, he was then very open about the wiggle room that he had in the car. I have worked in the automotive industry before and know there aren't always the fairest of people out there, Tim and I both agreed we believed we could trust Scott and from what we experienced our gut was right. Once we came to agreement on price we were handed over to Tammy Wagner who did a fantastic job of explaining all the ins and outs and the options that we had at hand. When we agreed on what we wanted to do Tammy went to work and got everything done quickly and efficiently not leaving one small detail out. We left with smiles on our faces and a new (to us) car in under 2 1/2 hours, a record time if you ask me. I would be happy to buy another car from Pam and the Junge staff and would recommend them to any of my friends. The Junge staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and to our liking. You can tell this is a business that is family run, loyal workers, and wants to please the customers of community as much as they want to make a buck. Thanks for the great experience Pam, Scott & Tammy.

    My girlfriend and I had been wanting to test drive a Mazda 3 for some time but never had the opportunity. When we drove into the lot we saw a hatchback Mazda 3 and a crossover SUV, both of which my girlfriend was considering as a potential replacement for her aging van. When we got out and started looking at the cars we were approached by Gene. He was friendly, and helpful and we never felt pressured. He allowed me to ride in front with my girlfriend and he fielded questions from the back. He was knowledgeable and personable. We hadn't planned on buying a car that day but Gene asked if we would be interested in running the paperwork to see if they could make the numbers work. They weren't able to get the payments to where my girlfriend wanted on the new Mazda 3, but the finance manager Tammy knew they had a used one with a very similar trim package on the lot. It's almost laughable to call this car used as it has only 35k miles and was a 2013, so a 1 year old car with that low miles was a great find. Because the car was Mazda certified pre-owned with a 12k mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and a 100k mile powertrain warranty. At the end of the day both Tammy and Gene worked very hard to make sure my girlfriend walked away with the deal she wanted while never making her or me feel pressured.
