Gene Motuzas & Richard Hiatt were both extremely helpful with my first Ford purchase! I wanted a hybrid and they were very patient as I checked out the Fusion & the C-Max and tried to make up my mind. They checked different model years and features packages that were available at other dealers so I could get exactly the car (& color - RED!) that I wanted. I decided on the C-Max and look forward to driving it and looking to Tapper Ford for service assistance for many years to come.

I have been a Ford driver for 6 years now. This is hands down the best experience with a dealership that I have had! My salesman Andrew made things super easy and found me a vehicle with more options than I had requested for the same price...BONUS :) Coming in to sign paperwork was a breeze and the finance manager Desmond went over every last detail of the paperwork, answering all my questions.
