I was looking for a dually, crewcab pickup with a Duramax

I was looking for a dually, crewcab pickup with a Duramax engine for weeks. I found a 2004 Chevy Silverado at Kruse Motors that fit the bill. I did the financing option with the salesman, on the phone, to get approved before I drove up there. He said he would hold it until I got up there. I was approved. As I was pulling the money out of the bank to head up there, he called and informed me of a trouble code that had popped up as he was moving it at the dealership. He said the code could indicate anything from a sensor replacement to a turbo replacement. He said he would look into it for me. He texted me later asking if I would take the vehicle with a price adjustment. I had asked how much. That text was not answered. The next morning, a salesman texted me, to inform me that they had sold the truck to the diesel mechanic that they brought in to diagnose the problem!!! Slimy weasels!!!

Worked with Greg Neuman…he’s super responsive, super available by text and phone, and leads with integrity and an honest critique of the car for an out of town customer buying a car for a young driver…awesome experience, Greg is the best!

Only reason it’s a 1 star is because it won’t let me

Only reason it’s a 1 star is because it won’t let me select 0. Talked to one of the dealers about a car they listed. Confirmed the car as listed then drove 2.5 hours one way to learn that the car was an automatic instead of a manual transmission as listed. So 5 hours round trip for nothing and all they could say was we don’t review our listings and“We can’t change it”. Get out of here Macke motors. There’s a reason you have a 2 star overall review rating.

Increased price of the used vehicle I wanted by $2,000

Increased price of the used vehicle I wanted by $2,000 overnight. I made plans to look at a sedan, kid got sick at school so changed plans for the next day. I show up and they tell me the price is $2,000 higher than what it was yesterday. I drove 1.5 hours to buy this sedan. I even offered to split the difference, $1000 off the inflated price. NOPE. Needless to say, I left heated. Do no recommend. Will not be going back, ever.

Over charged and miss lead

Took a car in to get fixed didn't get fixed right the first time over charged to fix it the Second time I will NEVER go back
