I ordered a custom 2017 Ram 1500 from Tom Vann of Albion Motors and it has exceeded my expectations. Every experience with the Albion staff was positive... do to their decorum and integrity. During the six weeks it took for my truck to be built, Tom answered each and every question I had in a timely and polite manner. As for my trade in, Tom honored me with more than double what the competition offered.
My wife and I stopped into Albion motors on 03/05/14. We met a salesman named Fred and I told him that my wife wanted to drive a Wrangler Unlimited and... a Cherokee Traillhawk to compare them. Well, Fred didn't even hesitate (even though it was about 5 degrees F and snowing) Fred got both cars warmed up and waiting out front. He did a good job explaining the features of the vehicles and the differences between the two. While my wife was out driving, I figured I was in for the high pressure sales pitches and extended warranty speeches ect. Nope, Fred seemed truly interested in making sure we got the car we wanted and would be happy with. No pressure. I found out a little later in the conversation that our salesman was Fred Vann, the owner of the dealership. Even though we rolled into the dealership in our old beat up Yukon and we were wearing our work cloths, Fred treated us like we were rich and looking to buy a luxury car. My wife decided she wanted the wrangler and, negotiating the price took about 3 minuets. Fred just knocked a big chunk off the sticker price. Done. Fred didn't have the color we wanted on the lot but, got one from a dealer in Ohio within 24 hours. I've bought several new cars over the years and, this was the first time I've actually enjoyed the buying process. To top it all off, Fred got us financed at a interest rate almost 1 percent lower than my credit union!
