    Connected through cars.com for more pictures. Did get a email saying they would be happy to help, but never heard from them again. I connected a second time, with no response. They may have sold the vehicle. Not sure, still see it listed.

    I scheduled an oil change and when I arrived on the date, I was greeted by a tech who reviewed my previous service. He explained the maintenance schedule and pointed out that with 63,000 miles on my Navigator, I may need more attention. I gave the go-ahead to check it out and call me if something needed to be done. He did and the necessary services were completed. When I picked it up later that day I was greeted with a wonderful clean vehicle also. I am most pleased!!

    Fairway Fords Professional staff was courteous and treated me with respect. The business manager got me the best interest rate possible. I had already been to my local banker and the dealer beat the rate by .55 percent. My score of 819 helped. LARRY

    Fairway does my regular maintenance on my 2001 Ranger, which now has over 335,000 miles on it. There have occasionally been problems, the lift quit working, part of the job wasn't done. But no matter what has happened, they have always made it right with me, plus apologies. Usually the service ends up being free. They are courteous, dependable, and try to please no matter what is going on.

    I went to check out a car. I even called ahead to assure that it had not been sold, but when I got there they didn't know I was coming. Apparently the scheduler didn't leave notes... but then he found them. First he told me that I was off on the price and payments that I had figured out using the internet and other sources that I was going to need over $3000 more. Then they could not find the car and so I tried another car. While I was test driving, the salesman answered his phone and didn't even stop when I pulled back in the dealership! I got out and left the keys with another salesman and left! It was a grand lack of respect and I was not impressed. Although they had the general manager called, I have no desire to go back to a dealership that would treat me like I wasn't worth their time.
