As a former sales person myself, I appreciate a low key

As a former sales person myself, I appreciate a low key presentation that allows me to do my own evaluation, form some impressions, and yet is available to answer any questions I may have about the product. J.C. fulfilled this role perfectly. I brought my own "expert" to assist me and J.C. acknowledged his expertise and provided any additional information he requested about the vehicle. After our test drive he presented a few other options and we took another test drive (in a different vehicle) and discussed the results. I was not able to conclude the transaction that day and he was respectful of my decision (I hate a high pressure sales presentation) and he was respectful of my position. We made arrangements for me to call the next day with a final decision. After I decided to make the purchase we then made arrangements to finalize the transaction a few days later as I had other commitments. J.C. was knowledgeable about financing options and patient with my questions (I ask a lot of questions) We ran through several possibilities and concluded the purchase to my satisfaction. The "in person" contacts were professional and he followed through on each commitment that required e-mail contact. The showroom and sales offices were immaculate, attractive, and comfortable. The service areas looked just as good though I have no present experience with the staff or their performance in the backshop. So far so good. The highest compliment a customer can give is to return again for another purchase and at this point, I would certainly take my business back to J. C. Cooper.

Nicki - Initial contact was prompt and persistent

Nicki - Initial contact was prompt and persistent (which was appreciated) and while not a salesperson she was helpful in answering some of my questions. I was under the impression from the web site that I would be informed of any price reductions but have not received any further contact so I assume the price has not come down?

Jarred "JC" Cooper was our salesman.

Jarred "JC" Cooper was our salesman. We leased three cars from him within a month. He made our experience the easiest I have ever had! He is not pushy and totally follows through! I would recommend him and we will be back! Thank you JC!

The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever been to in my

The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever been to in my life. They had my vehicle for four months waiting on parts. Literally there was broken glass all in my vehicle they didn’t even wash the outside of my vehicle before I got it back. Muddy floors the whole nine. I took it upon myself to get the car washed immediately after I left and the whole car was flooding water in because they didn’t put my xxxx window in correctly. I came 17 hours to get my vehicle and it wasn’t even ready. If you would’ve washed the xxxx car then you would have known that the vehicle was leaking. who gives you a vehicle that’s been repaired without cleaning it first? Nobody wanted to take responsibility for anything that was going on including the person who was over the service department. Absolutely a terrible place to take your vehicle. Now I have to drive 17 hours home and take my vehicle somewhere else to get it worked on again after just getting it back after four months.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, a vehicle I

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, a vehicle I bought new from extreme dodge. The tech damaged my drivers door through incompetence, literally caved in the door where the hinge mounts. It no longer latches properly, and the front gap is gone so the door is binding on the front quarter panel causing paint to flake off. No one at the dealer bothered to notify us of this, we had to find out for ourselves when we picked up the vehicle. Imagine going out to your car opening the door, hearing it grinding and popping get out and see paint flaking off. The tech, service writer and service manager all admit they caused the damage but don't think they are responsible to get it fixed.
