They could not find my trade in keys when I wanted to leave and not take there offer then sales pounding me until I gave in on a unfortunately purchase of a ram that was new and had a water leak off the line

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Service

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Service Department! My daughter just moved to Medford after graduating from PA school. the 2013 Dart that she has been driving has been in the shop in Nashville and Mesa for overheating. The real problem was never discovered and fixed and she was left on the road more than once in the dark far from home. When she took it into Lithia Dodge, it was different. They completed a thorough evaluation, even checking the fluid in the reservoire. That is when they discovered that the head gasket was failing! They fixed not only that, but all they other interacting parts. We are so grateful!!!! The car is running like new and we don't have to worry about when it might overheat. Thanks for a great job! They changed the price of a vehicle in the process of

They changed the price of a vehicle in the process of purchasing the vehicle. Told me if they don’t sell the vehicle in two weeks they would honor the price we already agreed upon. I told them I don’t want the vehicle if you are raising the price, they thought they found a dummy, but it ain’t me. I would say away from these com artist.

I was able to have the pleasure in working with Anthony M. I was able to trade my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox in for my new 2023 GMC Acadia. It was very easy and the dealer ship worked with me. I absolutely love my new SUV, it is a major upgrade and exactly what I needed and wanted. I wanted all the upgrades when I got my Equinox 6 years ago but couldn't find it and settled. Buyers beware, firstly their real pricing is not anything

Buyers beware, firstly their real pricing is not anything close to the advertised price online. They pretty much tell you if you aren’t the perfect customer they add thousands to the discounted prices they show online. If you’re working with Steve Seus you may as well try a different dealership. Can barely get a reply and when you do it’s very clear he is not interested in communication. Unfortunate because we were very interested in one of their vehicles but will probably just take business elsewhere.
