Enjoyed the sales experience at Lithia this past couple weeks. Jaxson did an excellent job, was very knowledgeable about the process, and his follow ups were done very well!! Good man. Jorge also did a fine job and was very helpful

Needed warranty repair on my Ram 3500. Service department never answered the phone and took 5 days to return my call. I asked if they were too busy for my business, he said they were and hung up the phone. Doesn't say much for their customer service.

Lying, slimey sales people. Will lie right to your face,...

Lying, slimey sales people. Will lie right to your face, pretend stuff they say is in writing, then hand you a bunch of papers that aren't crap and shuffle you out the door. Fake CarFax "verbal due to COVID" where the CSM lied! Luckily got the extended warranty. Unlucky...they can keep the vehicle indefinitely while I still have to make payments!!!! And your sales guy will just ghost you as well as the CSM unless you show up and spend hours in the lobby ... possibly telling people not to buy anything from these crooks! Gives you nothing for trade in. Crappy financing. Just awful awful experience all around. Avoid at all costs... or should I say...it'll cost you more money than anywhere else to buy a car here!!!

two of the sales staff michelle & josh offered me $ 1000 for my trade on line ,3 ethere dealers one [klamath lithia] offered us $ 3000- 5000 on line i'm not sure what they were trying to pull we like the durango better there but not that much i would give them a -5 but wont let me

Everything was good until I signed the papers. I was told that it passed inspection but noticed it had a daytime running light was out and a blinker light on the same side. How could it pass with those lights being out. Also was told it had a oil change and it clearly did not. Then when I came to pick it up at the end of the day, because they had to detail it, I noticed a fresh door ding. When addressing this with the salesman he said that it was already there then offered to fill the cars gas tank for free. Idk about you but every car I have bought in the past came with a full tank as a courtesy for buying the car from them. On top of that the detail was pitiful. Be careful when purchasing a vehicle from lithia. This experience came from lithia dodge but have heard stories similar to this from many locations.

Juan McGee was our salesman and did an amazing job. He worked with us, stayed late, came in on his day off, and worked to meet our needs. Davis Crofton was our finance manager and did an amazing job to put us in the vehicle within our budget. Hats off to Lithia CJD of Medford. I’ll definitely be back!

New truck purchase

Juan McGee was very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience very pleasant, I have been coming to this dealership for the past eighteen years and will continue to do so. David Crofton in finance was excellent to work with.

Dishonesty ruined a decent experience

I purchased a low miles Dodge Viper remotely due to COVID and things went very well, until it didn't. The salesman sent me pictures and disclosed any imperfections and such via text, but I had someone who lived local stop in and check it out. They said it looked good and we completed the paperwork. Delivery was jumbled and the transporter had to unload the car several miles from my place. Not a big deal, but it limited the time we had to inspect the car drastically as we were in the pouring rain in a busy truck stop. After getting the car back to my shop, we found extensive damage under the driver side. I reached out to the person I had check the car or and they asked around. Apparently, a dealership employee drove the car over a curb, which was not disclosed. I emailed the finance manager I had worked with and he passed my email on to his boss about the issue. Several weeks passed without response, so I followed up again and received no response. Even though most of the process went well, dishonesty and avoiding responsibility significantly impacted the sales experience.

We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The salesman was great. The finance person was rude and dishonest. We were going to cancel the deal And leave but they brought in a different finance person who corrected the errors however sold us a gap policy that we were assured would be promptly refunded if we paid the vehicle off which we did 3 months later. After many, many phone calls, and 3 months time, we still have not received the refund. we have had to spend so much time on this, it is unacceptable. It feels like they want us to forget about it to avoid provide the refund. We have purchased several vehicles, new and used and this is the worst experience we have had.
