    This was our first experience with Lithia Nissan. The first person we met was the General Manager of all people, Tom Diefendorf. We were driving slowly,... looking at all the cars and Tom walked up to my daughter’s window and introduced himself. Tom was very thoughtful and listened to us describe what my daughter wanted in her new car. She has four girls and Tom has four boys. Tom knew what we were talking about! We just left the VW dealership, and we have had a lot of bad experiences at other dealerships with poor communication and Tom Diefendorf was like a breath of fresh air. Mr. Diefendorf introduced us to his best Sales Person, Jesus Venentin. Jesus could not have been more helpful. With Jesus we looked at several mini-vans and then he found the perfect one. My Daughter loved it immediately and it met all her requirements. Jesus Valentin handled all the paperwork and Tom Diefendorf was always there to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They really made our experience an outstanding one. Jesus introduced us to Todd Herriott in finance, who informed us to financing strategies we had not previously considered. Todd is very sharp and he put us at ease with his great laugh. From the minute we got there and met everyone one we met, from Tom, Jesus and Todd, all the way to the young man who cleaned our new van, were all so friendly. We hate car dealerships, but we LOVE Lithia Nissan!

    My wife and I just bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Todd Herriott. He was great, Not pushy answered all my questions and was very professional but friendly.... He was relaxed as I drove and answered our questions or concerns. I chose the car I wanted and he and the rest of the team we worked with made it a fun experience. I met the General Manager, Tom Diefendorf, and we felt at that time we were in good hands. Tom Diefendorf was not like any other General Manager we have ever met at any dealership in Medford. I was very impressed by Tom's professionalism. Overall Experience Excellent, I will Recommend Todd Herriott and Tom Diefendorf to my friends. Thanks again Todd & Tom!!.

    Very interested in being helpful. Got right the issue, checked out my concern for an hour. Issue was rubbing sound, left front when turning left. Will... re-check when I return for oil change. Any further issue, they will make it right. I left very happy, Dennis

    From beginning to end, my experience with your service department was top-notch. Very helpful people everywhere; every one wanted to be of assistance.... I went in to have the tires rotated and also got the mini-inspection. Unexpectedly, my car was also washed and vacuumed out and then hooked up to the charger for the trip back home in my Leaf. Great experience all around!
