I bought my car at Airport Chevrolet in 2010, since then I've loved my car and have not encountered any problems. About two weeks ago I brought my car
to get my AC fixed. Ron Oaks and his service crew did a great job fixing what needed to be fixed. Ron did his very best to make the service affordable for us. When I got home, we noticed a new leak coming from the radiator. After a quick phone call to Ron, he took care of everything. The deal we got for our new radiator, installment, and the AC was worthy of a 5 star review. I would highly recommend Ron Oaks and his crew at Airport Chevrolet. They treated us like family and saved us a lot of money. On a side note, just a few weeks earlier my mom brought her car in to get new tires planning on spending money. Ron found that my moms tires were still under warranty. Ron replaced my mom's tires without any questions asked. I was very amazed of his and the companies honesty to their customers. From now on, this is the only place I will take my car for any type of service. Thanks Ron and company!

Everything went great. The service manager, Larry went out of his way to make my first ever engine swap go great. I had never done a crate motor befor
e and they let me be there when the crate was opened! Jon, the service advisor kept me up to date through the whole process. I can't thank Shawn, The technician, who did the work enough. The team at Airport did a great job and took awesome care of my baby. When it is time for my ZR1, they're going to get my business!

We had our vehicle towed to this dealership about one year ago. They did the repairs and I was on my way in a couple of days. About two weeks later,
we had another problem due to a mistake by their mechanic. They took care of us once again and covered all our expenses caused by the mistake. Some dealerships might have tried to deny the problem was caused by them, but not Airport Chevrolet! About a month ago, I was in Medford, and had to be towed again. This was something completely different. Once again, they took care of my vehicle and had me on my way in a couple of days. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them or take my vehicle to them for repairs.

4 time new car buyer at Airport Chevy. I trusted Ted, done business with him for years. Mentioned they told us Cruise Control was not available in a S
onic, had to step up to Cruise. We did. My mistake, I trusted. Bought the Cruise, when prepping for a trip week or so later find out the Cruise has no cruise control. MY FAULT, I did not verify. I trusted. Called, Ted told me to come in and talk about it. Got there and spoke to Ted. He said his sales manager, a person we never spoke to or laid eyes on REMINDED HIM they told us that car had no cruise. Whoa!! Only reason, we told him, was upgrading to cruise and electric door locks. If they had told me we would have told them to find one that did. Yep, u got it, they put it ALL on me. Why? Because I trusted. Do not do business there, go to TC Chevy or Hall Chevy. NOT AIRPORT. This site wont allow me to properly spell the model so think for yourself.
