    My experience leasing a vehicle through Taylor Ford was a great pleasure. Everyone was very attentive and helpful not only with the whole leasing process but also with making myself and my daughter happy. She was kept entertained which made things much easier for me. I am very greatful to the wonderful sales team for making that day a memorable and exciting day for me.

    Andrew is by far one of the very best car salesperson's we have ever dealt with! We have dealt with him for a few car/truck purchases now and fully expect him to be the only salesperson we deal with in the future. He is very knowledgeable about the entire Ford product line, works to find you exactly the vehicle you want, within the price range you want, etc., and makes sure you know how to use all the features of the vehicle you purchase. We have and will continue to recommend Andrew and Taylor Ford. To Taylor Ford - don't lose Andrew - he's a real asset to you! There's lots of Ford dealerships, you can get a vehicle anywhere - the sales and service people are what make a dealership successful and make customers want to come back!

    My experience with Taylor Ford was absolutely awful. It started with my salesman completely lying to my face. He explained to me that I would not be receiving any surprise charges in the mail for my previous lease, if I turned it in that day and leased a new vehicle. I took his word for it (my mistake for thinking I could trust this dealership). I later received a bill in the mail for damages for almost two thousand dollars. I thought that the bill might be an accident or that they'd be waived, based on what I was told when purchasing my new vehicle. This was not the case at all. I contacted my sales rep Bryan Patton about the matter and I was told that there was absolutely nothing he could do and that I'd be responsible for the fee. He continued to lie to me and say those words were never said about me not being charged for damages later. Considering I knew about the damages to my car, I obviously asked him his professional opinion and showed him every single ding/dent. He specifically told me not to worry about it and that they'd take it as is. I am familiar with leasing vehicles and I'm aware that they charge you for every possible thing, once the car is inspected. Therefore, I even asked Mr. Patton if I should file an insurance claim and pay a low deductible. He was persistent with the answer, "NO, YOU WILL BE FINE IF YOU TURN IN THE VEHICLE TODAY." I finally agreed with him and said okay, picked out another vehicle, signed for it, and turned my lease over to them. After receiving the bill in the mail and not being able to reason with the man who promised me I wouldn't be responsible for any surprise fees, I took the issue to management. I spoke with Brian Chinavare who treated me in a horrible, sarcastic way. The first conversation we had, resulted in him saying he'd speak with the salesman and the person I signed over my other vehicle with. He called me back and treated me terrible. Without literally calling me a liar, he told me that he personally knows Bryan Patton and did not believe me. He also made a rude comment about pulling up his security cameras to prove me wrong. We continued the conversation with him chewing his food in my ear and laughed and cut me off every time I tried to talk. The conversation ended with him hanging up on me. I am now responsible for roughly two thousand dollars worth of damage fees that I was promised would be waived. Since there was no written proof of Bryan Patton???s words, they will be getting away with this. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience was god awful and hope that no one else has to go through this. I will never lease through Ford again.

    I had the absolute pleasure of conducting business with some really great people at Taylor Ford. It began on a Friday when I spoke with Ed and relayed my interest in a used Lincoln MKZ that appeared on their site. Ed was delighted to go into details in regards to the features and luxury of the car. Since I reside in another state, I asked if he would begin the necessary paperwork for me to allow me to just come test drive the car, sign, and leave with the car. He was more than willing to begin the process to make the purchase easier on my end. To prepare and begin the process, Ed had a few preliminary questions that I was not prepared to answer such as the mileage on my trade, vin # of my current vehicle, the account number for my current vehicle. All of these were necessary and valid questions to pay off my trade. Phone tag ensued and not only did Ed remain very professional, he was quite humorous even though it took a few phone calls throughout the day to gather the much needed information. Ed kept in constant contact to make sure that I was not lost in the process. He went as far as informing me that the next phone call I receive will most likely be the finance manager Cindy. I thought that was very polite. It was almost as if it was a warm transfer/heads up that I should expect someone other than him to follow up on the approval and closing the deal. As he had stated, Cindy called me and walked me through the approval, rate info, and the rest of the technical information. Cindy was very pro-active and thorough in making sure that I understood how the process worked for out of state buyers. Cindy was not only informative and transparent, she also had a sense of humor to boot to make me feel valued and NOT just another "sale" for the company. We established a time that we would all arrive to the dealership and finalize the deal. I arrived and Ed immediately took great care of me and introduced me to Mike (manager) who escorted to the service area where they secured my car to prevent it from possibly being purchased by another buyer. It was the only vehicle in there!Coincidence or not that my car was by itself in secured facility, worked in their benefit of making this customer feel very valued. Ed came back less than a minute with the keys and backed it out of the facility for me and put me in the driver seat and off for the test drive. Test drive went great (of course). As I parked the vehicle, Cindy pulled in and exited the vehicle. Before I had a chance to exit the car, Cindy was at my car door with a warm smile and extended hand to welcome me. She invited me to continue to mess around with the bells and whistles on the car while she goes and to put her things down and pull out the paperwork. I was more than happy to do just that. Ed and I continued to joke as he showed me different features on the car. I finally went in to sit down and finalize the deal on the car. While waiting and filling out paperwork, another sales person (didn't have a chance to meet him) asked if I wanted coffee as they just made a fresh pot. I grabbed a cup and Cindy and I went through the paperwork while maintaining great conversations and laughs. Being an out of state buyer requires what looks to be pretty intensive paperwork and lots of it. 4 cups of coffee later and tons of laughs with both Cindy and Mike (the manger I mentioned earlier), the deal was finalized. Cindy shook my hand and of course thanked me. Mike also shook my hand and thank me. They both said some very kind parting words. I then met back up with Ed who put my plates on my new purchase. He even helped me clean out my trade and transport the items to the new purchase. Ed thanked me, shook my hand, and also had some kind words. Everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with on Saturday are valuable employees as they are personable, kind, attentive, humorous (NOT the cheesy run of the mill sales humor) and TRANSPARENT. Well worth the 6 hour round trip drive! Customer For Life!

    3rd vehicle that I have leased through Taylor Ford. While the sales staff is great - and, I would recommend. I have recently attempted to have oil changed based on lease agreement. Both times I was in on a Thursday evening at 5:00 pm - and, both times I was told at least a 2 1/2 hour wait. I was not greeted when I walked into he service group. When the quick lane was on the East side of Telegraph had no such issues. Service techs were polite and responsive. Called the customer service manager and was given nothing but excuses. Taylor Ford is trying to hire new people - but, not just anyone. Taylor Ford is attempting to update their Quick Lane and no longer has "quick service". Would I like a phone call to advise me when the "quick lane" was not busy so that I could drive in... No thank you. The new facility - while much larger and up to date is dangerous to pull into to - and, has a number of new model cards in the lane in the front of build so that you cannot drive through to service and collision. Must use other entrances - but, they are not marked. I thank you Taylor Ford - but, my business is going elsewhere.
