Everyone is pleasant and professional and service is

Everyone is pleasant and professional and service is reasonably timely. But the expense took my breath away, especially when the base service price increased $200 from what I was quoted when I made the appointment to when I had the appointment.

I would give 4.5 stars , given wait time of 1.5 hours was longer than expected for engine oil change and filter replacement. The staff was welcoming, I believe her name was Sara. Will seek their service in the future.

This was a routine service, made a few weeks in advance with Stephan Abrams. It all ran on time, service thorough and well done. The service I get at S.O. Subaru is consistently excellent, and I must say that Stephan is one of the finest service managers I have seen in over 60 years of car ownership. Dan Wagner
