We traded in a 2004 Toyota 4-Runner for a 2019 Outback. The salesman was excellent and not pushy. Their one-board computer guy ("Josh") was very knowledgable... and took the time we needed to introduce us to the ins and outs of the computer's capabilities. After buying a car, the dealership encourages you to return in 2 weeks to get a refresher course in the computer and to answer any questions you might have. That's an excellent idea, and they incentivize your return with a chit for $25 worth of gas. I had a question about the installation of a VHR radio and fired off a letter to Stephen Abrams, the Assistant Service Manager. Within one hour I got a reply with helpful guidelines to what NOT to do, which I will show to the folks who are to install the device. Imagine: I got a pleasant reply within one hour! How often does that happen??? Suffice it to say, I recommend SO Subaru wholeheartedly and unreservedly.

Ben Eaton was most helpful in our purchase of our Suburu Forester. He was well-informed about the different Suburus and very patient as I test drove various... models. He was very personable and easy going. We were not pressured and he did not pester us with telephone calls.

My first experience with SO Subaru was not a good one. 3 years later, I was interested in a hybrid Subaru, so that meant the Crosstrek. I did my research... and was prepared to purchase. I had met the manager. Randy, so I went directly to him. He referred to Tony Hernandez who knew more of the details of the car. I was raised by a used car dealer and am not fond of car salesmen or the whole process. I explained that up front, and I appreciated the fact that Tony has his own business as well as this job. It made me look st him differently. He is a nice man and not a pushy salesman. The process was easy and relatively painless. I would reccomend Tony to anyone looking for a new Subaru.
I will never own another Subaru after this dealership. They ruined the whole Brand for me. I am so upset I can’t even type. They are crooks. Beware! Protect... yourself and go somewhere else.

John and Tony were great, helping my mother and I get just the right vehicle for our needs. They were both friendly, helpful, patient, and informative... through the whole research and buying process. We felt we were treated fairly and are happy with the deal we made, and of course we love our new car. Afterwords, both John and Tony have reached out to make sure we are comfortable with all the details on our Subie and have made it clear they're available should we have any further questions. By the way, on a side note, soon after the purchase we had some additional dealer options done through the Service Dept. and we're quite pleased with the work they did. Simply put, this is a great place to buy a new car - great people and great service.
