Avoid Mark Doran the GM at all costs. He lies, doesn’t do what he says he will, then when asked why proceeds to insult, threaten, withhold funds and hang up on you. This dealership is crooked, do business with them at your peril

Unfortunately purchased a used db11 from Jamie here to be delivered to us in NY. The car has serious faults/issues I was told are ‘normal’ and would go away with driving but they absotlrly have not and have been confirmed as defect by a local dealer. When asked Jamie told me to effectively pound sound and enjoy the the sour taste of the lemon they sold me. Really disappointing experience and would encourage others to be cautious when buying from Aston Martin Boston
