2015 Ford Edge Sport

Service expensive

Software upgrade was expensive and solved very little. It was for the transmission which is not under warranty after 60000 miles, to my surprise. Have always found dealership service expensive and time consuming. Always requiring an entire day. Always requiring that it be dropped off first thing in the morning eating in a long line for a service rep to assist.

Ford Fusion Steering Column Bolt Repair

We brought our 2014 Ford Fusion into Blackwell Ford because of a mandatory recall concerning a problem with steering column attachment bolts. The problem was fixed in a very short time and we drove home immediately thereafter. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Sincerely yours, Scott & Barbara Yamazaki

Clean facilities

We are going on vacation tomorrow, Sunday, and the staff made a few suggestions to get my Ford Edge up to par. Replacing the cabin air filter is a bit pricey, something I would not replace at the recommended every 15,000 miles. But I appreciate the suggestions and had them done. The staff did their job and left the decision making up to me. All is well.

Good Work, Great Service.

The staff was very helpful. It took longer than forecasted to get me up and running and the manager comped my bill. I recently had major trans work done at Blackwell and will keep on coming back for all of my family car needs. We will also be in the market to purchase soon as well!
