    I had the rear toe links on my Ford Explorer replaced by this dealer. The dealer let the car leave without any alignment and did not tighten the adjuster... nuts. I drove the car for about 1 month and noticed how twitchy the car was and how off my steering was. I brought it back to the dealer and said I wasn't sure if they had hit a curb or the new links had caused the steering to be off. The service writers laughed in my face and said they did no such thing. I came back the next day to speak with the owner and he blamed me for the alignment being off. I took the car to Bull Valley Ford in Woodstock, IL and they said Harvard let the car leave without even doing an alignment and they didn't tighten anything down. My new tires are also warn uneven now and Harvard isn't willing to do anything about. Probably the worst dealer I've ever been to. Thank you Bull Valley Ford for your help in correcting my cars alignment! Do NOT go to Harvard Ford.

    We called this location about having child anchors installed in a 1996 truck. While we know the truck is older safety is still important. The parts and... labor are suppose to be covered by Ford. They told us the parts are discontinued and that was ism While the parts are "disocuntinued" i contacted Ford parts and we tracked down the parts ourselves (at a Ford in NC) they sent us the parts free of charge and just charged shipping. Once we received the parts, we called this location back to have them installed and they insisted they couldn't get it covered and would charge over 100. I knew this was a lie because the NC location we got the parts from told us labor was free of charge had we been local. We called Kunes Country Ford Lincoln of Delavan and they said theyd look into the program that covers it and get back to us. Less then 24 hours later they did and informed us it will infact be no charge. Proof Harvard ford is dishonest. Do not recommend.

    I felt that the owner , Sean, was a down to earth guy who wasn't pushy at all as well as Bruce the salesman. They helped me with all of my concerns I... had about the used f150 I was interested in buying. They even let me take it home for the night so I could show my wife. Very pleased with my purchase here and will definately refer them to my friends and family as well as return as a repeat customer down the road .

    I always have a good experience at Harvard Ford. They took me to a local restaurant to meet friends to wait while my car was being serviced and offered... to pick me back up. I appreciated that and am always pleased with their work.

    I'm a young black single mother of 7 kids from Milwaukee. Black jack dealer at potowatomi for 11 years. I came the month of may for my birthday to put... 3000 cash down on a truck. I was told my vechical was a great deal. The first 2 weeks I had it I had to put a new alternator because it wouldn't start. Couple weeks later front and back break. After that i found out it was burning oil. So i had to drove from Milwaukee to back to them just do the oil consumption test 2 different times i had to drive back. They fixed problem. I got my truck back a week later the engine light come on. I take it to dealer ship at home. My warranty doesn't cover it. The purdge cord. 370$ fix. I paid 100 just to get it looked at. But guess what it's burning oil agian . I wonder what makes me so different. 5 months i had this truck i understand used vechical . Hopefully I'll have a happy ending after talking with the manager every month

    We own a fleet of Ford vehicles ,and we just purchased a New 2019 Dually 350 truck. I let them know about 3 months ago I needed a 19 Dually truck as I... let many otherFord and other dealerships know. Harvard Ford called me and let me know they had one in. I actually think it wasbetter than that. I believe they made sure I got the truck as descibed to them months earlier by me. I say this because I may have one of the first if not the first one made for 2019 just because I mentioned I wanted one. The whole staff and buying process was smooth, no haggling back and forth, they gave me their best price right off the top. I know this because I always check after to see if the guys I trusted treid to ding me. Anyways when I arrived to puck up truck it was ready to go, my paperwork was already done and all I had to do is sign a few papers. I was out of the dealership in 10 minutes tops. Any one who has ever bought a vehicle at any dealership knows the hassle it usually is from start to stop. We had nothing but an pleasant expierience that you would expect to get from a family member, and that is exactly how we felt when we left. Everyone that sees this new truck of mine comments on how nice it looks compared to all the other brands out there. I would recomend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go to Harvard ford and let them show you what it is like to be part of their family. Thank you Sean, Bob and the whole staff that made this possible!
