I was looking at a 2004 Dodge Ram 3500, I spoke with Alex Wilson over the phone and showed my interest in the vehicle they had for sale. He answered my questions and was very polite up front. I stressed to him that I did not want a truck with a lot of rust and being 700+ miles away that I didn't want to drive there to come home empty handed. He assured me the truck was very solid with little to no rust. I asked him to take some pictures of the underneath of the truck so that i could see. He did and sent me pictures with a glare hiding the under body of the truck. Making only the driveline and bottom of the frame visible. I noticed the underneath of the truck was wet from something and he told me it was an oil leak to be fixed and that the vehicle was going to go through service and have it all taken care of . I asked again for him to send me clearer pics of the underneath of the truck so i could see the extent of the rust. He said he would have them next day, next day comes around he would have them next day but assured me the truck was solid and barely any rust. I told him I had made plans to come purchase the truck being that it was in such good condition. From the pictures that were posted the truck did look very clean and rust free. I called him the next day asking for the pics again and he told me he would have them the next day for me again and reassured me that there was barely any rust visible from anywhere even on the lift. I called back later that day and spoke to another salesman who repeated the same lies to me and said Alex was out for the day. I let him know i was coming a day early to purchase the truck and make sure it would be out of inspection. He said it would and I made the 12hr straight trip. Upon arrival he acted funny immediately. The truck looked beautiful from a distance, but once you were close up it was ridden with rust to the point it was unsafe to drive. The Frame was way worse in person, the body mounts near rusted off, the rocker panels were rotted from one side to another and falling off from the decay. He expressed that he had not seen that when he had it on the lift (which is completely impossible), so he played the usual you're here now what will you offer me. I even showed him how bad it was and my hand almost went through the outer rocker. The only thing that stopped that was the linex on it. The only time he even apologized was at the end when he was returning my deposit. DO NOT TRYST ANYTHING HE SAYS, ITS ALL A PLOY TO GET YOU THERE!!!!!

Went on their RHD website, called Alex and he advised me over a few used ones they had. I made the drive in to test drive a few. Ended up leaving with a 2011 Wrangler RHD and it has made my job sooo much easier! Highly recommend if you are looking for a RHD to call these guys.

I recently bought a car at Galena Chrysler. My mechanic spoke with the "service technicians" at Galena Chrysler to find out what type of oil they used in the car. He was advised they used a regular high mileage oil which is, in Galena Chrysler's words, exactly what this car needs. Turns out that was completely incorrect. In fact, using regular oil instead of synthetic will gum up the car and now I have to replace my solenoid. I'd take it back to Galena Chrysler and demand they repair it for free, though after reading other reviews I wouldn't trust them to touch a bicycle, let alone my vehicle. Thanks Galena Chrysler...your incompetence has yet again screwed up another person's car.

Had them treat my Ram 1500 with Corrosion Free rustproofing. Katlyn answered all my questions by email and set up the appointment. I believe they did a very thorough job as it took them nearly 4 hours. They also supplied me with a loaner car to use while they worked on my truck.

Was in the market for a used Wrangler, just happened to drive by and noticed the hundreds of Wranglers, couldn't believe my eyes, even though most are mail Jeeps. Alex was our salesman who was very knowledgeable about everything Jeep. Ended up making a deal and bought a lift kit from the dealer as well and had them install. If you are in the market for a Jeep this should be your stop!

I started looking online for a vehicle. Knew I wanted something with 4 wheel drive and bigger then my current car. I came across the Jeep Compass and liked the look of it. Did my research and asked around. My family has always had Chevy so Jeep was new for us. I emailed about the vehicle and got a response within the hour. Logon was great to work with. I emailed pictures of my trade in and they gave me a great deal. I drove a little over an hour, test drove and purchased all in about an hour and a half. Will definitely be back since I have been converted to a Jeep lover!

My wife is a RCA trying to get a RHD jeep from postal Pete. That was purchased a month ago and was supposed to be transported to Florida where we live. It still hasn't got here yet first there was some problem with the truck transporting it to us.then it was the Jeep itself had a issue , then the truck again transporting had a issue again. Now I have to wait to next week to see if the guy transporting my truck doesn't break down again. I was never once called about any of the issues. I had to call every few days to see what was going on with it. Alex wilson was very nice to sale the Jeep. But after that no updates or after me leaving voices mails to call me back to see what is going on with my wife's jeep still no answer. I got a hold of him once and asked what is up with my jeep. All he said it's on its way.my wife have missed out on a whole month of work because of this. Terrible service from this dealership I will not be getting another vehicle from them.

Bought a RHD 2013 Jeep Wrangler sport unlimited with 30k miles on it. I have had nothing but problems with it. Had problems from the beginning and they didn't fix it as promised. I wouldn't buy anything from them ever again. It has been in the shop more than out.

We drove 2 hours to find out the car had safety and check engine lights on. Apparently this just happens, and was probably just the gas cap or something minor. (No this doesn't just happen, we are very familiar the type of car.) They then seemed more interested in sending to auction than trying to sell. Maybe we should be saying thank you though, could have been looking out for us! Just didn't feel like they were very truthful in the matter.

We live in Louisiana.. We had purchased a 1998 rhd from Alex at Galena and now decided to upgrade to a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Was more than satisfied with both transactions.. Could not have gone any smoother either time.. Alex truly makes it so easy.. The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful as well.. I've bought vehicles all my life. Guessing around 20 vehicles? No other dealer has ever treated us this good. I highly and strongly recommend Galena to anyone and everyone.
