A very unpleasant experience, after buying the vehicle

A very unpleasant experience, after buying the vehicle and now owning it for 6 months I have only got to drive it a total of one month tops. It has had a new engine, new timing chain cover, new oil pan, new oil switch, new harmonic balancer, and so many more repairs. I was not pleased and was told when buying that nothing was wrong with it. Then came to find out the inspection done on the car was not done properly but they weren't willing to be held responsible. Do your research before buying, It took them months and random repairs to figure out what was actually wrong with my vehicle, after asking them if they would just take the car back, they did not. They put me in rentals that constantly had issues. I spent most of the last 6 months back and forth from their shop with their loaner cars constantly being broken down. Before leaving town to head home for the day the car was making a very loud noise as I called and was told that they didn't have anyone to look at their loaner car and to take it home, I got 2 miles out of town and was broke down where they had to have it towed. They were very polite when buying the vehicle but not so much after. Had the vehicle for less than 30 days before it started having oil leaks. The first bill they quoted to fix it was over $2,000. When getting my vehicle back that was "fixed" It indeed was not fixed and was still leaking oil. I have now had my car back for almost two weeks and so far no issues but the repair bill versus what I bought the car for has added up to be about the same at this point. I was excited when I bought this car but now I can say I do not care for it anymore as it has caused me a lot of issues. Overall, the service department was great when trying to help out. I do feel more should and could have been done on this. When the oil switch was replaced they sent my vehicle back from Kia In Dubuque missing my engine cover, my fuse cover and my air duct cover. And was then told once more that my vehicle was indeed "fixed" and it was now leaking coolant and oil. They then gave me a vehicle off there lot to drive and a week after driving it I had to take it in to be looked at and found out it had a engine misfire and the day I returned it for another new car they sent it off to one of there other stores without fixing it.. This experience will be the reason I do not buy another vehicle from this place.

They were very accommodating, it was a great experience.

They were very accommodating, it was a great experience. I had requested two vehicles I was interested in to be delivered to a closer dealership and they did so with no issue. I was able to test drive as soon as I arrived with no hassle.

I went here with my sister who was in a really tough

I went here with my sister who was in a really tough financial situation between her credit and what happened with her last car. They were able to find her a car that was much like her last one and she ended up loving it just as much! I am so glad Runde Auto was able to help her, she is beyond excited about her new car.

Great customer service!

Great customer service! I bought a Jeep Cherokee and the process was easy despite me from being out of town. The Jeep was as advertised and I love it! Would use Runde again!
