Stopped by to explain my problem and set up an appointment. Service writer said they could start on it that day gave me a ball park amount. Was given a ride home 15 miles and had a phone call with exact amount of repair and getting authorization. My Vehicle was done that day. Thanks

After I got my car home and parked in my garage for a few hours, then when I went to move it I noticed some oil had dripped on the concrete. I have parked it for the winter and placed some cardboard under it and since noticed a few more drops. Either they spilled oil when filling or they didn’t get something completely tight. It’s been a few weeks and the dripping has stopped but I will be taking it back in the spring to make them check everything is tight.

When I had my oil changed last week they had not latched the hood. It was a day we had 50 mph winds and I had about 30 miles to go. Going south I didn’t notice it but when I turned west to go get fuel the hood started bouncing. I closed it but going down the interstate it could have been a disaster. There is so much turnover that I hardly know anyone there anymore. Had some good people they let go. In Sioux City

First visit did not get issue resolved, second visit was a recall, neither time a car wash. Dealers were average, ended up purchasing second vehicle else where.
