Purchased a 2024 Ford Maverick a month ago, and they sold

Purchased a 2024 Ford Maverick a month ago, and they sold it to me as a UNICORN!!!!! There isn't one of these within 1000 miles, which they blatantly lied to me about. The day I bought it, driving down the road, the check engine light came on. I tried several times to get them to call me back, and they wouldn't. I emailed my DINO and said we can't do anything; you would have to pay $ 134 to have it checked, and they wouldn't even be able to do the work if it were a warranty issue. I then tried to call them back a week later after taking it to a Ford dealer, but there was no response. No response from the managers or Dino's communication died! I ended up having to change out a $ 500 part that hasn't fixed the issue, and now I look under the truck, and the rear end is leaking oil! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL LIE TO YOU THE ENTIRE PROCESS FOR YOU TO BUY THE JUNK THEY DON'T WANT ON THEIR LOT ANYMORE!

I am very pleased with the attention I received from Nadea the sales lady and Jamie the Gm in how they made me feel welcome and we're on top of everything. I highly recommend doing business with them. We were back within a week for another purchase. Nadea is top notch in sales. Very nice people to work with.

Bought a 2026 Ram 2500 after searching online.

Bought a 2026 Ram 2500 after searching online. They had it ready to test drive when we arrived, and purchasing was a seamless easy experience compared to other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. Our salesperson (Austin) was great to work with, attentive to our needs. I would definitely buy from them again. The Ram 2500 HD was everything as advertised and I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I will not be doing business with any Deery dealership

I will not be doing business with any Deery dealership again. The sales manager refused to negotiate a fair trade in for my vehicle. In the end, it’s on me that I excepted a horrible deal. Kudos to the manager for his hustling skills though. I however, would not like to feel completely hustled after trading in a car, and for that reason I will take my business elsewhere in the future, and recommend family and friends do the same. On a good note, I enjoyed working with my salesman, Austin, good guy!

If they had 10 stars they deserve it for being honest and very helpful Thank you all, even tho I live in California, I never knew that they were from IA. WORST service department I’ve EVER dealt with.

WORST service department I’ve EVER dealt with. My son has a Toyota truck with a manual transmission. It’s slipping and he insists on the only Toyota dealership within hundreds of miles, presuming they have the expertise and ability to get parts. 2-3 turnaround at most. NOPE—they FORGOT the only mechanic who works on manual transmissions is ON VACATION for a week 🤦🏼‍♀️🤬 They want an astronomical sum for a loaner so I let him use my vehicle. At this point it’s already a week. Next date he’s scheduled for pick up—NOPE they don’t have the part. Next time scheduled for pick up—NOPE still don’t have a necessary part. At this point I need my vehicle for an important out of town appointment. He requests renting a loaner—NOPE, they don’t have one. He had to take time off work—at a time his company is restructuring and people are LOSING THEIR JOBS. Now he looks like a flake at work. We’re supposed to pick up his truck in a couple of hours and it damned well be ready! It’s been two WEEKS!!! I want EVERYONE to be aware that they’re the single most unprofessional business I’ve EVER dealt with and that’s a lot considering I’m old as dirt. I’m so mad I could just spit!!! Go anywhere else!
