    On our way through Idaho, we had to make an emergency stop due to a failed EGR valve. They got us right in and diagnosed the problem. Great friendly people... however when we say the bill we were stunned. $370 for an EGR valve (list cost $156) and $220 for a fuel filter that can be had on the internet for$35.00. After much conversation about the high cost they lowered the EGR valve to a 100% markup. $120 per hour, $120 for diagnosis and the high mark up for parts. $990 total until it was lowered to $880. Watch for the huge markup on parts.

    After having a much less than pleasant time attempting to by a truck from another party here in town, we noticed that Goode motor had a very similar truck... and decided to check in with them. Right from the start Geoff and Manny were very easy to talk to, and made both my wife and I comfortable. We test drove the truck and decided we would make an offer. There was no "haggling" back and forth, they countered once to the exact price I was hoping for, and just like that we bought a vehicle. The entire process was less than an hour from start to finish. The only slight delay we had was waiting for our turn in the finance office to sign the paperwork. The big take from this experience was that we never encountered any "pressure or hype".

    I drove 300 miles too get my JEEP LIBERTY SPORT that I feel in love from a minute I saw it online ...my sales lady JULIE HAMBLING worked very hard to get... me into vehicle within 5 hours my credit was reviewed ....those who owned business understand that people are not in business to work for peanuts ...I have no complain but best to say about this dealership ...I sold cars in 80s and I was pushy sales person alike most car sales people ...but at this dealership I felt at ease and felt welcomed ....What ever Julie told me from git go it was truth to the minute I drove off vehicle from their lot .... If you are in a market for nice clean car reasonable priced give Julie call .....she is wonderful person..I would buy it again

    It appears to be a great dealership at a glance but there service center overlooks needed repairs on vehicles and they add fees into the loan to mark up... there low priced vehicles. The only upside to the experience was the salemans named Tyson who was very helpful and did everything in his power to make it right.

    I'd like to say I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with Goode Motor. From the service dept.to the sales dept. Always friendly and willing to... do what they can to be of service. Tyson Germann was extremely helpful in the service dept. He then moved into sales and is very knowledgeable about the cars inside and out. Quite nice if you have questions relating to the mechanics of the vehicle. I would definitely use this dealership in the future.

    I have several years of experience with this dealership with a couple of vehicles. The service is quite poor to be honest and extremely disappointing to... me. You would be much better off going to a local mechanic for repairs/oil changes. I had my pickup tuned up and afterword it drove worse and I had to take it back in because they tore an air hose and they wanted me to buy an expensive part. They also did not provide all of the services included in their goode care program. No wash or tire rotation, just an oil change sticker. The Twin Falls Goode is much better.

    I was in town for only the night and had problems on my drive in. With few options and not much time they reallocated staff, found a part and were able... to get me running and on the road again. Much appreciated!
