5 Stars aren't enough for Joe!!!

My wife and I have been buying cars for 30 years and have never had the EXCELLENCE we received from Joe Giancana!!! The level of service was 10 STARS!!!! Thank you North Brothers for finding him!!!!

Jeff Truesdell is a great salesman

When my Fusion was totaled in an accident I contacted several dealerships about replacing it with a new Escape and after several visits wound up at North Brothers. Laurie answered my questions over the phone with no problems at all and once I got to the dealer Jeff took all the time with me I needed to help make my decision and make sure the payment was in my budget. Shannon and Matt were very friendly too and helped make my decision to buy from North Brothers easy. Jeff even picked me up at the rental car place to bring me to the dealer to pick up my new car. I will recommend my friends and family. Jeff and Shannon did a great job.

Dan Dwyer- Ford Explorer lease

We have leased two consecutive times with Dan Dwyer and always have a pleasant experience. He's friendly, knowledgeable, polite and the process is quick. Once you've selected your vehicle, your office wait time is minimal unlike other dealerships because Dan has everything ready before you even get there. We will always visit North Brothers Ford to visit Dan. 👍

Pain Free

Dan Dwyer made the entire experience easy. We have leased 2 vehicles from him and both times the process was quick and simple. There was no long wait at the dealership like we’ve had in the past. The pick and drop off was easy.

Very uncaring/ sold me a car with problems

Ford has very much disappointed me with the customer service I have received over the past 3 years. After 2 clutch removals (3rd coming this week) a few transmission control module replacements. My car has never felt safe. After purchasing my car in November 2014 only 3 months into having it I had taken it to be serviced for transmission issues and they kept telling me that the car had no problem when The truth was that the transmission shudder was the issue behind it. I currently owe $9500 on my car loan. I have 0 warrenty left and the only thing they could tell me was sorry we cannot help you. The problems with these focuses shouldn’t be put on the customer. When I purchased my car the employee didn’t ever mention once that the transmission had problems because they only wanted the sale and they knew a young 22 year old would buy anything seeing it was my first real car as an adult. What surprised me the most that 3 years later. Countless problems, no help from my dealership and so much money spent trying to figure out what’s wrong with my car they are expecting me to pay $1800 for every clutch that needs to be replaced every 6-7 months and they have told me my trade in value is provoably only 2-3k value. So what confuses me is why keep a customer in a car that isn’t safe, has had many flaws from day 1. Needs a new clutch or transmission control module and they not have told me I think it’s best to get you into a new car. Except they ask me to pay $1800 for a clutch. 3 clutches later the repairs on my car costed me more than what my value is worth. My car out of the 3 years I have had it has actually only felt like a nice car for maybe 3-5 months total. After every repair it only lasted 2-3 months before the shudder and transmission problems came back. This car is not safe to drive. I have no options of getting out of this horrible car and I’m stuck paying a large payment each month with 0 warrenty and 100000 problems. This week ford will continue to tell me they can’t help me but will continue to ask me to pay for my repairs as if I was the one that asked for clutch problems. My hope is that someone soon from Ford will admit to there wrong doings and take this car off my hands as it has impacted my life more then I ever expected. Sincerely a Ford customer who will never purchase from ford again.

Dan Dwyer - Experience

Previously, I have always owed my vehicles. With this being my first time leasing, it was a great experience. Dan helped me every step of the way and explained every small detail. A true salesman is for the customer, not just the sale and Dan is that. Very professional and a hard worker. I would recommend him to anyone.

MY HERO

I have been going to Dan Dawyer at North brothers, for 6yrs now and he is my Hero! Hes professional, kind and very smart. He goes above and beyond then any other car salesman I've ever known. If you have never meet Dan at North Brothers , Then you have not meet the best because he surely is.
