We recently had a bad experience with the service Department In my Opinion they tried to take advantage of a 72yr old woman She came in with her engine light on and asked for help and all they did was try to make a sale and sell her something that wasnt broke The engine light was fixed with just a turn of the gas cap Long story short they sent her home crying and with the engine light still on And I dont appreciate Devon ignoring my phone calls Plain and simple NOT GOOD BUSINESS

Top of the Line Service
Returned back here for the Ford works package and had an excellent experience. Within 90 mins my vehicle was taken care of all forms great price. Stephan Rodwell was also very informative and helpful! Glad to know I can always stop in for a free wash or fluid tip offs between services!

Say anything to get you in the door
I had the misfortune to discuss trading in my car with Jason online. When I repeatedly told him what I wanted he assured me if I came in, her deliver. Instead, the car he promised was inspected and fixed was had a cracked and broken bumper. He continued to swear i was “confused” while I had my finger in the bumper. When I asked about the deal we negotiated online (that I had proof of) again I was “confused” and obviously the deal to swap to cars of equal value was ridiculous and I should instead trade my car in for peanuts and take a loan for the 80% of the remaining value. When I sent my complaint to the dealership, they apologized profusely but hours later Jason privately contacted me to call me a funny clown. Not Funny. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs.

Poor Customer Service
Tried to do a cash offer for a used vehicle. They were very unresponsive (didn't return calls) and the assistant sales manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Take your business to a place that cares.

Nightmare
They pulled my vehicle into the center lane service bay and I immediately got in my vehicle to leave. They shut the garage door on my vehicle. They refused to pay for the damages and said they were giving me a break not paying for the door. They were not making me pay for the door because when they reviewed the video tape of the incident they know I was not at fault. I opened a case with Ford customer service and they said I should wait for the service manager to contact me. I called Ford service to get an update a couple days later and they said the manager updated the note on the case however I never got a call. I called the manger Friday left a voice mail only to find out she took the day off leaving me without my vehicle another 4 days. The service manager's manager refused to talk to me and said the manager was still working it which at this point it was 2 weeks. They did not communicate and were very unprofessional. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle they left the lights on, drained the battery and ran out all the gas out. Avoid this dealer at all cost because if you are wrong by them they do not care about their customer.

Poor customer service
Called to make sure car was still available. I was assured that it was. Drove an hour to get there and found out the car had been sold two days earlier. don’t waste your time here. They were unapologetic and tried to get me to look at higher priced cars.

Patient, polite, supportive and professional
Jamie Kpniarz and Dan Dwyer did an amazing job walking me through the process and answering all of my million questions. They would even take the time to reach out to be sure I had a good understanding and comfortable with everything. They "schooled" me in the process and that isn't something that is easy to find. I left feeling like they valued me as a customer and wanted to be sure I understood the whole process.
