I had a great experience with the service department.My car was not running properly and could not get it fixed from where I bought it.
Bought a new car from them. After prep, the rear door had a deep scratch in it. The dealer offered to replace the door with another from the demo stock.... Never minding the color mismatch on a new car and the risk of them not putting it together right. Also, when you do body work on a new vehicle, it loses value significantly.
Bought my dream car today from the best dealership ever. They went all the way to Cleveland to make this happen. Both Jeremy and Brett made the process... easy and enjoyable. They spent over an hour alone going through all the new features on my new Mazda3. If you are looking for a dealership to go the extra mile then go see Brighton Mazda!
Pure Scam...higher price than anybody, promises to match price...beware...avoid...Brett Paulson particulary rude and scammer..all talk, no class, no fair... pricing..uses every scam like in the old days
I went to Brighton Mazda to shop a new car on Saturday. For some reason there was only one sales person on site and was busy, so no one else but the sales... manager took care of me. That was a very intimidating conversation with that manager. He told me he was the boss here and he would not accept any numbers other than the one that he offered. He was starring at me all the time with a poker face. Although the number that he offered was kinda attractive, it was his attitude that made we walk out of the door almost immediately. It felt like I was a student who did something wrong, sitting in front of a schoolmaster. I will never spend a penny in this dealer.
This service department is a joke. Took my Mazada5 there 3 times to fix the brake issue. Brakes were still not working when they finished it. Replaced... rotors, pads, calipers, master brake cyclinder and still did not fix the problem. Signed off and gave the car back to me. Finally diagnosed as the ABS Module, $3000 dollars later. Service guys are a bunch of D BAGS!!!!! They acted like it was my fault. Go somewhere else to get your Mazada serviced.
Beware of these guys, they are the most shady dealer i have come acccross. Rcently leased a mazda cx 5 from them they sent me a quote for 36 months and... when the deal was finalized they changed the terms to 39 months without my knowledge. They will fool you and will get your sign on the agreement. No professionalism and wors sales procedure. It took me lore than a month to get my plate and the temporary plate was given to me was for 2 weeks only. Stay away from this dealer
Post warranty issue was handled by Service manager Rich. I received great help on taking my car problem all the way up to Mazda headquarters. So Mazda... agreed to cover 2/3 for replacement of a very costly part and associated labor! Great Experience!
Great Service. Just get a coupon. It was a pleasant experience. They were able to fix my car and got a free car wash.
