When I first got to Herb Chambers, Brian Kelley was the first person to greet me. He was so nice and immediately offered assistance. While the vehicle I went there for didnt end up being the vehicle for me, but Brian amazed me by helping me find the right vehicle. He made the process so easy. He was great with communicating and keeping me updated. I couldn't be more grateful to have him as my sales consultant. Edison was then the finance manager that processed all my paperwork. He was AMAZING. So friendly, nice and fast. He knew I was in a rush and managed to do all my paperwork in a timely manner. Having both of these employees on my side made my car shopping experience unbelievable! I am extremely satisfied.

Service

I can say that I was rather Dissatisfied with that fact that you are spending more money now for a oil change and the tire rotation is not included. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Not pleased with upswell for alignment when no complaints

Not pleased with upswell for alignment when no complaints and vehicle 1 year older and nothing about operation warranting problems. Also despite alignment and tire rotation one tire pressure low as I drove away

Please visit our service department whenever you are in the area and we will put the appropriate air in the tire and make sure it is measuring correctly. Outstanding

The response was immeasurable. Herb Chambers knew just what to do. I knew what was wrong with my vehicle I had no idea how to get my truck there. They gave me a phone number to a tow company that works with them directly and I got my vehicle there and I got a back in a timely manner the next day. They got right on it and repaired it
