I have had a few problems with exterior lighting on the car. The service I have received has been excellent, and the wait times have been reasonable.

Visit to Service Department

I forgot to bring my coupons in when I brought the car in to be serviced. Not a problem, the service department took care of it for me. Having my car washed and inside front portion of car vacuumed was an added plus!

Service is above and beyond!

Called service Saturday morning to ask if I could bring my car in as my service engine light was on. They told me to bring it in, although it probably wouldn't be able to be looked at until Monday. I brought it in, stopped at the service desk and Andy Williams came by and heard me telling my story. He immediately went to get my car, said he could smell coolant and said he was going to work on it then and there. I also had scheduled an oil and filter change the following week...he said that there was no need to come in a second time, he'd do that as well. I was VERY impressed, the level of service far exceeded my expectations. I was leaving Monday for Wisconsin for the week for a business trip, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that I could get this situation resolved before I left. The best part is that my service light issue was covered by a recall. Thank you Andy!!!

My Experience With Herb Chambers Chevrolet.

Nothing much to say really. I brought my car in for an inspection. The inspection was done in about an hour and that was it. I will return at some point to have a recall taken care of.

Great Service

My new Corvette with just 1600 miles on it the leather on the seat back started to come apart.The service department and my salesman took care of it right away and provided me with a loaner.The service department at chevrolet is first rate and would recommend them to everyone.
