I love my car, but should have bought it somewhere else. Was firstly showed cars lacking features I said I needed. Finally I found one that had what I... needed. Was told "Market price is $19,500, but for you, we'll do $18,500." After signing papers, I went home to see the car still listed (hadn't removed the listing fast enough, same VIN) listing price online was $18,500, my 'discount.' I was desparate to get a car, and excited for this one so I didn't argue. I picked up the car after the dealership was closed, manager made an arrangement for me, but there was no inspection sticker that I already paid for. Again, too exhausted and in a bind to fight. Nobody called me to follow up after the sale. I didn't initially write this bad review hoping maybe this was a one off. What is prompting me to write is I went to the dealership today to check out new models, just looking. The dealer I had 10 months ago did not acknowledge me as though he is ashamed of ripping me off so bad. Avoid this place for yourself.
A very shady operation. A horrific experience from the time I signed the lease papers for a new 2020 Hyundai Tucson to the following day when I had to... have the new car toed back to the dealership due to an engine malfunction . The people who work there are ignorant and poorly mannered. Emily, the sales manager is nasty and not willing to assist the customer. Stay away from Bill Dube Hyundai !!!!!!!

I came in to look at a used Elantra. I wanted to keep my payments low and didn't think that I could afford a new car. My sales person, Patrick, was very... pleasant and showed me the used Elantra I wanted to see. Then he showed me a brand new Elantra that I could lease for CHEAPER! I wasn't sure about leasing but since I only drive in town, it turned out to be a great option. I will definitely be coming back!
I wasn't sure that I even wanted an EV but after working with Gio my sales guy and then the actual owner!! Scott, I'm sure I made the right decision. The... team that helped was super friendly, Scott was able to answer all of the geeky EV questions I had! I got a fair price on my trade-in (what Kelley Blue Book offered) and felt that I really got a good deal! Though they are not super close to where I live I will definitely be back!

I had a tire that kept leaking air. The dealership had a very unfriendly associate in the services department who had a bad bedside manner. My Hyundai... is under warranty and they wouldn't even look at my tire. I had to drive down the street to another car place to have my tire fixed. Nobody should ever be turned away with a half flat tire. They told me they could see me in 4 days. 4 days! Worst dealership ever!
Samantha ( Sam ) Ford has been nothing but the most professional, friendliest, and easy to work with employee in your service department. Though each member... of that department is vital, and truly a wonderful person in their own light; Sam has outshines. Each and every time I have had an issue, concerns or questions not only has she been quick to provide an answer but possible solutions that have reduced my own stress and anxiety over some unfortunate situations involving my 2011 Hyundai Accent. ( love the thing – but ohhh that an upside down mess! No worries, all smiles over this little red thing! ) Each time an issue has occurred, Sam has always done an outstanding job of breaking down the reason for repair, cost, and if multiple things must be done helping balance the importance, and cost of repair to fit both my budget and my safety. She has always done follow up calls, ensuring not only was I happy with my service, but if my car is still running as I wish and if there was anything left that needed to be performed that I may have neglected to list or ones she would have recommended for my next maintenance repair. Overall, I have been amazed each and every time I have been brought in. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and understand what a gem of an employee you have in that department.
When I bought my car in 2009, I was rushed through the process, I went for a used model and loved it. Got a call from the rep who said I cannot get the... used car, but he can get me in a brand new car, same as the used. I actually had to ask to see the "new" car before signing the papers. The used car had all the bells and whistles, the new car had nothing extra. I should have walked out when I hesitated and the rep threw the phrase, " I can call a number of people who will take this if you don't". I REGRET not walking. Customer service was just OK, but now management has changed and it is awful. I never got a call back when promised. They won't honor the package I purchased for free tires, I have to wait EVERY TIME at least 90 minutes for an oil change. My thoughts...NOPE, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
I just bought a car from Bill dube in Wilminngton. I have very mixed emotions as far as customer service goes. The salesman helping me was actually very... helpful and attentive, his name was Raj. But I cannot say the same for the managnent. I visited the location 4 different times from beginning to closing on the vehicle I purchased. I felt that I wasn't being given the attention I needed as soon as I signed a paper saying I would come back to purchase my vehicle. That is because my salesman was constantly helping other customers still in the negotiating stage and he wasn't allowed to help me. Mangament was of no help to him whatsoever. Every time he was checking on something for me I could actually hear the manager tell him to go close the other sale and just worry about them in a very nasty way. Raj still tried to help me but lots of things fell through the cracks because he was literally left alone to handle multiple customers. Every time someone else saw me waiting or I had a question they just told me Raj would handle it. I mean any person could see that there's no way one person can do this all by himself. I have bought cars from other dealerships and it was much more of a team effort and I never felt like I was being pushed out the door without having things that were promised to me beforehand.
