Samantha did a great job of providing the info for my used car purchase even facilitating getting a PPI from the local dealer of the make of the car. Was able to purchase with confidence. WS an issue getting The title, but I was patient and Samantha maintained contact. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks!

Apparently I am not computer literate.

Apparently I am not computer literate. This is my fourth and final attempt to write a review for the absolute best Mercedes dealership ever! I have had, I believe, seven Mercedes, only deviating once as I was enamored with a San Remo green convertible elsewhere. Six months later I returned to Mercedes where Deb found a lovely black GLC 300 for me, Norma and Manny aided in my lack of computer skills with the technical side of the vehicle and dear Sam watched my beloved Kingston when I did the paperwork. Service solved a software issue in a timely fashion even vacuuming my car per my request. Greg in Service was inundated with phone calls and kindly took the time to tie my shoe, again upon my request, as I was holding my multipoo. Lee Ghesquiere, his sons, Taylor and Chase are all a tribute to their late father and grandfather who has always helped me in the past and would be so proud of the legacy he founded. Thanks to all! After 50 days of delays and incomplete repairs, my car

After 50 days of delays and incomplete repairs, my car was sent back without resolution. Despite paying in full, I was told the car was fixed and the key would not be released until I signed the final bill. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and utterly unacceptable.

We spent almost $2600 on a supplemental tire warranty

We spent almost $2600 on a supplemental tire warranty here when we bought our SUV here. We recently had a nail in one tire and they told us that our insurance rejected our claim and that we need to pay the full amount. When we called our insurance to understand why it was rejected, they said the dealer hadn’t even called them !! The service team outright lied to us !!! They just lost a longtime customer.

Run.

Run. This dealership can’t even figure out a basic rear chattering noise in my 2022 GLC 300. It’s been to the dealership twice and they haven’t fixed it yet under warranty. Steve , the service manager has not responded to any of my inquiries. I had to escalate my issue to Mercedes. Customer care to get a resolution. The Steelers really doesn’t care. There are bad reflection of the Mercedes-Benz brand

Service Manager a former service advisor does not have

Nick and the service staff at MB Bloomfield helped me

Nick and the service staff at MB Bloomfield helped me diagnose an annoying gremlin with my new car that had bothered me for months. Another dealership had blown me off and I’m thankful for the time and attention to detail spent to resolve this

sl550 service

routine B service was performed with good satisfaction. No problems but in at 8:45 and out at 3:45. That was too long far a short service. Still I was very pleased especially without the usual call saying we found something else to fix.
