About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since October 2007.
Howard Palmen's sons Ron and Roger took over the business in 1970 and acquired the Dodge franchise. In the late 1980's the business moved to a new state-of-the-art dealership in the western part of Kenosha. Today the family tradition continues as Ron's son Andrew continues to move the business forward with the addition of a Kia franchise (1998) in Kenosha a Dodge Jeep dealership (2001) in Racine Wisconsin and a Buick GMC Cadillac dealership (2010) in Kenosha Wisconsin. All along the group has stayed focused on high levels of customer satisfaction being a sales volume leader and maintaining a well-trained staff of professionals.

The have had my truck for a month.

The have had my truck for a month. Parts keep getting delayed, then delayed again. Now part said it was delivered, but they don't have the part and not sure where it went. Reordered part. No new ETA for part. Meanwhile I am beating my van into the ground because I have to do all the driving because Palmen can't even offer a loaner when haveing someone's vehicle for a month in the middle of winter. No one ever has a straight answer and I think it is time we just pick the truck up and find a more competent dealership to take it to.

Bought my Durango in for oil change Tires and an

Bought my Durango in for oil change Tires and an alignment. Got the car home leaking antifreeze. Wasn't leaking when I BROUGHT IT IN. Took it back and need a new radiator. I was told not to go there because of the shady stuff they do. Well I learned my lesson. STAY CLEAR of them. Cost for a Radiator 1886.00 but they will give me a 10% off coupon.

Each person I interacted with from the service advisors to the shuttle driver, was friendly, and helpful. It certainly made a stressful experience more enjoyable. I felt like a valued customer the entire time.

An amazing experience!

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

I have been waiting for six months for a repair on my 2023 jeep grand Cherokee called dealership and get same answer waiting for software update called corporate they opened case and resolution I have been a loyal jeep customer I guess that doesn't matter very unsatisfied with the situation would highly not recommend doing business with this company

Terrible customer service

Tera from the service department displayed discourteous and abrupt behavior when I contacted them to schedule a car service appointment. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, Mark, the call mysteriously disconnected. Subsequent attempts to call back resulted in the phone being answered, placed on hold, and then abruptly hung up. Eventually, I managed to connect with manager Mark, but the call was once again abruptly terminated. Unfortunately, they did not make any efforts to return the call. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
