Ive had several service visits and they have always done a great job! I will continue to us them for all my future service repairs.
They always false advertise nonexistent sales and discounts all the time! All vehicles are about 5-9K more than what is advertised! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
The people were nice. Asking what you are interested in, what you are looking for. Always seemed happy. Could email or call depending on your prederence.

My buying experience was excellent. Julie made sure I was getting the truck I was looking for. Entire staff was very friendly and good to deal with.... I appreciate them keeping the truck for me until my appointment time. I had worked with another dealership previously and they sold the truck before my scheduled appointment.

My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from Alphorn and the salesman Aaron Newton was very helpful and not pushy at all. He found us exactly... what we wanted and it was in our price range too. The only issue with the vehicle was something small and cosmetic that they ended up fix for us. The work was done next door at Gates Collision Center which exceeded our expectations. The longest part was finding a bank that would give us a reasonable rate but thanks to Mark Fields who handles most of the financing for Alphorn we were able to get the interest rate and terms that we wanted. Thanks Alphorn for making the buying process and overall experience great. You will be at the top of our list when we buy our next vehicle.

I got an oil change which was fine it just took a bit longer than expected. Everything was looked over thoroughly plus it was a free oil so I can not complain... to much. I will be back again. I usually go here for service instead of other dealerships in the area.

I just recently bought at 2011 Chevy Malibu from this dealership. When I bought the car they gave me a fair deal on it. I went to pick up the car 3 days... later and noticed they had given me 1 set of keys. I went back in and asked if they could get me another set of keys and the manager started arguing with me telling me that it wasn't their fault because that is what they got with the car. He was very rude about it and didn't even try to work with me. He finally asked, rudely, what I wanted him to do about it and I said to get me another key and fab for the car. He said he would order one immediately. About 5 days later, I called the sales man that sold me the car to ask about the keys. He had no idea what I was talking about and told me he would call me back. Hours later, he called and left me a message saying that they couldn't cut me a key because they are a ford dealership. That wasn't what I was told by the manager at all. On top of the rude service, when I bought the car, they said they would clean it up for me. I don't know what their idea of clean is, but the back seat was covered in cat hair!
I WOULDN'T BUY MY KID A BICYCLE FROM THIS PLACE!!! They sold me junk, they knew they did, & within 30 days of buying it when the motor went bad wouldn't... make it right!!!
