    Easy scheduling, great people. Shane in Service is the best. We've bought about 12 new vehicles in our house in the last 10 years (None from Fuccillo Ford until my F150) and Shane is the only Service Advisor I have ever cared to work with.

    I heard scratching noise in engine and the women told me there was two metals in my transmission that run together and it's a normal process. Refuse to fix it. I wouldn't buy another car from this dealer ship.

    Quick service, priced right, always frustrated that no inventory of parts kept requiring a second visit! Bldg in terrible shape. I keep hearing that a new bldg is coming but I've been hearing that for a few yrs now! Certainly Billy can afford it!
