I hate shopping for a new car because of the pressure salespeople I usually encounter plus the fast talking double talk regarding the finance side. At Ford of Lake Geneva absolutely the opposite. They listened to what i was looking for, made recommendations, and helped me pick the best car based on my needs, not their need to sell something. Financing process was amazing! Explained in “plain speak” and with a lot of patience. Bottom line, I am always going back here to buy a car and highly recommend this dealership.

Let me start by saying Mike Asencio is the man to see. Everyone there was great really. Very helpful, patient, listened to my likes/dislikes/needs and most important I didn't feel pushed or rushed. Exact opposite actually. I am extremely happy with my Explorer and Mike. I will be returning for another purchase and recommend if your looking for a vehicle stop at Ford of Lake Geneva.

I had my truck in for service three times first the install a alternator after I left there the light was still on so I went back then I need a new battery? second time front end alignment when checked the alignment for the corrected it they changed me 150.00 but the numbers where the same before and after. drop the charges. third time drop off truck at 5:30 am waited all day never got to it never called asked to come back next day told them no I would never come back. contacted manager with email no reply!!!

Sale staff Gina, and Michael were courteous and professional. GM Chuck, was able to assist me in meeting my needs for a vehicle. By far the best buying experience I've had in 35 years. They will be getting my service business as well. Great job👍!

Very nice people. Someone had bought lunch for them and they offered us some. My 7 year old daughter didn't hesitate to jump in on free pizza. They had us in out fairly quick. It was one of the fastest car purchases I have ever made.
