Everyone were stand up good people. Called on a truck and they held their word to hold it for me. They went through it and fixed brakes and front sway bar as they they had just taken it on trade. Could have sent it down the road as is, but didn’t. Chuck the owner took great care of us. Have given four recommendations within first week.

Just now--- I purchased my used 2017 F-150 from Ford in Lake Geneva.My sales Lady Gina-went on the test drives on both trucks that I tested. I really liked that! She was great through the whole process. I never felt pressured into anything. There was a little negotiating on the used SUV,which I trade in, but that went really well. When I came back two days later to sign the final paperwork-- I was impressed with their professional ,hometown attitude.Rob went out of his way to recommend and explain the details on the extended warranty, which I purchased for this vehicle.When I left the manager thanked me for my business. A fantastic stress-free experience all around!! I will tell anyone, I know looking for a vehicle to check them out.

Luis my salesman did a very nice job. The vehicle was ready when we arrived. He previously set up an appointment with us so he was available when we came. We didn't plan to trade our current vehicle but they offered us a very reasonable price for it so we included it in the deal. All the office staff was very friendly and accommodating and we were very satisfied with the entire experience.

They took several months to pay off my previous loan! Made multiple calls and attempts to get a hold of owner, but she is useless! It took having to call the POLICE department to have them meet me there in order to get the owner to pay it! Same thing happened to our friend. Also found several other reviews saying the same thing! They do not treat their customers fairly at all! We purchased a vehicle in February and found out the air didn't work in May and because we didn't buy their warranty, they wouldn't fix it... even though their 5 point inspection clearly wasn't done thoroughly! Instead they charged us $300 for just looking at it! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM BUSINESS WITH A CRAPPY OWNER!
