I had a great experience with Ford of Lake Geneva. I was able to get all the info I needed, prep for financing, make requests, and tentatively negotiate my trade-in with Ross and Valentina and all from over 2 1/2 hours away. When it was time to check out the car and not waste my time, the staff was prepared to go through all the steps I needed to go through without the extended sales process. The 5+ hour round trip was worth it to get the car I wanted at a great price and with great customer service.

This is a great dealer to work with. The salesman Sanford did a great job showing me what I asked for and helping me find the exact vehicle I wanted. He even personally picked the car up and brought it to the dealership the very next day making it easy for me to come in and pick it up. I highly recommend going to Ford of lake Geneva and dealing with Sanford and the entire staff! They are straight forward and far. Also willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy!!! I also bought a used truck from them last year and they took care of everything I had asked and the service department has done a fantastic job of keeping up with the maintenance and repair.
