Bought my first audi from here 3 years ago. In that time, there has not been one single appointment for service that has been completed on time. My last... appointment i dropped my car off and left it here for 2 days, you can imagine my displeasure arriving two days later to find my car to have not began service yet, and to have to wait for 4 hours while they do the service they told me was done on the phone that morning. My most recent time i made sure to phone 30 minutes before my car was scheduled to be done, and i was told it was on time and ready to be picked up as i had somewhere to be an hour later. One hour later, i still sit here waiting for my car, late to my own work. Fantastic service audi, still waiting for my first appointment to be completed upon the time you request me back, as there has NEVER been one time my work has been done on time or my own time and schedule has been respected by this dealer.
Total nightmare with the service department.. This is the first time I've ever experienced being kindly treated like crap. I had taken my vehicle in to... be repaired and they destroyed my MMI Multimedia interface and treated the issue like it was no big deal and wanted me to buy another one like it was my fault or something. Still never corrected the problem and still ignoring me.. last time I heard anything from them was a reminder to get a service check and when I reminded them about them breaking my MMI they ignored me again.. Do not trust Charlie he's a liar and will ignore your calls and messages when something goes wrong.. He has a friendly way of not giving a crap about you.. I love Audi vehicles but STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Great service at Audi compared to mediocre service with my BMW across the street..both dealers are are under same ownership...would expect similar experiences.... Past purchased 2010 Q5 and added Audi care. Would have liked to add Audi Care to recent 2018 Q5 purchase but NOBODY(dealership Or customerWeb) could provide satisfactory explanation as to WHY tire rotation is not covered under Audi Care.
The customer service ends when they have your money. They will turn their back on you once the sale is done. My issue was communicated to the manager... and business manager with no response. In the end I was unable to use my car for three days. Take your business to a smaller dealership that appreciates your business. It appears they got too big to care.

I was curious about the 2015 Audi Q5 Prestige they listed and requested more photos, of which they sent the next day.

I was impressed with the professionalism from my online inquiries, to setting appointments, sales, and the paperwork was so quick and easy. Best service compared to the past 8 vehicles and dealerships in Michigan and other states when we were military. Ask for Patrick! He will treat u great.
My first experience was service related with an '06 A-4 Cab which I had previously purchased in Fla. Had an issue with an oil sensor. The piece was not... in stock but was given a loaner for two/three days as it needed to be ordered. Was contacted when work was completed. Worked with Aaron. Very professional Service Dept. These guys really go out of their way to make things right. Subsequemtly purchased an A-6 a year or so later. Sales process/paperwork/car selection/options were no problem. Got the right car for the right price at the right time. Patrick (sales) was great start to finish. Showroom is clean, spacious and sporty. This dealership is top shelf and they pay attention to details. Friendly staff. You'd be hard pressed to find better.....
