I had a great experience working with Shaivil. From the beginning, he was kind, patient, and truly had my best interest in mind. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Even though my situation changed last minute, he was nothing but supportive and understanding. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to be happy, not just make a sale. I would absolutely recommend Shaivil to anyone looking for an honest, attentive, and reliable salesperson.

I live in Syracuse, NY and our family has two M-B.
I live in Syracuse, NY and our family has two M-B. Today we needed service on a potential, extended warranty, issue. I drove 200 miles, round trip, to Rochester, NY to experience exceptional service. I had a "wait for" appointment and was a little early, so I began my endeavor in the sales department. I met with Mr. Justin Latorre, Senior Sales Manager, who was a delight and very accommodating, in directing me to the appropriate people. I required an evaluation of of a potential mechanical issue, to determine if warranty would apply. Result, the issue wouldn't require attention at this time, but if and when the issue becomes critical, they would make any corrections, under warranty. There was no charge for the extensive evaluation. My local dealership, didn't want to know anything about the problem and indicated it would take months to resolve. That was typical of my past experience with this dealership, making the 200 mile round trip worth while. The Rochester M-B dealership could teach a class on "dealership customer service". I would encourage any potential or existing M-B customers in the central New York area, to check out their outstanding performance. All at Rochester, NY M-B, get 5-STAR+, from reception, to sale, to service, to understanding the role the customer plays in their business. Thanks to all.

I brought my Mercedes in for repair, and it stayed in the
I brought my Mercedes in for repair, and it stayed in the shop for more than a week. During that time, I stopped by once to check on the progress. They ordered parts from Germany, which sounded promising, but unfortunately, those parts didn’t solve the problem. Even worse, after I got the car back and drove it for just 10 minutes, the exact same issue came back. Very disappointing after a week-long repair and waiting for special-ordered parts. I expected a much more thorough diagnosis and solution, especially from a Mercedes service center. They don't keep you up date very often about the status of their repair.
