Bought my 2014 Ford Escape thru Christopher Roman Sales Executive at Orange Ford. I really made him work the numbers for that car. He was very patient but more importantly listened to my situation and came thru for me. Was so impressed with his easy going sales practices that I returned and bought my 2016 Escape from him. Felt very comfortable throughout the sales process. Does not use hard sales techniques which instantly turn me off. Have gone to Orange Ford for routine servicing and cannot praise Lenny the Service Manager enough--these guys really know how to handle sales and service from a womans perspective. Easy to understand, no negative attitudes, just want to help. This is my dealership for life.

Instead of justifying this 1 star, I'll let the reader decide based on my experience if its worth rating them higher. I gave my car to them on the weekend after I drove over a huge rock in Albany and bent my wheel. Put on a donut and drove the car to the closest dealership. Everyone was nice when I went in and took my car in, telling me I'll get it back Wednesday. No worries, I live 3 hours away from there so I went across the street and rented a car from Enterprise until Wednesday. Wednesday comes and I get a call in the morning telling me the shipment is delayed because of the snow storm and the part will definitely be here Friday. Totally understandable, the storm was pretty bad so I called and delayed my rental reservation accordingly and changed my day off from work from Wed to Friday. This is where my start rating comes in. Friday morning, I've already asked to take a day off at work, I'm ready to leave and I get a call from the dealership telling me the part is not here, but it should definitely be here Friday night and you can stop by Saturday morning for sure. Should a dealership give the customer a little more than a morning's notice that their parts are not coming in? I'm paying for my rental through the nose every single day here. Be a little considerate. But, what can be done at this point, so I call to extend my rental AGAIN to return it on Saturday morning since all is set now. Or was it? I call Satuday morning. Yes, I call. No call from the dealership. I call to confirm I can come and they say the part is still not here and they don't know when it'll arrive. At this point, I've sunk almost double the money I was supposed to at the rental place. My work is very paticular about taking days off without advanced notice and I've changed my day off TWICE, just to find out the part is still not in. It's hard to believe that a dealership doesn't know about their incoming parts until the morning of. I get a call about an hour later saying the part is finally here and we can come pick the car up. Good lord thank you this ordeal is finally going to be over.... .... OR IS IT? My wife and I are driving up and are halfway there when I get a call again. This time, they say I need a new tire!! So let me get this straight. They've had the bent wheel and tire sitting there on the floor for A WEEK and no one checked to see if I need a new tire along with a new wheel? They waited until the last minute to let me know that I need a new tire. Unacceptable! I had no choice but to have them put on a new tire too now. If they would've let me know earlier, I would've been able to buy a new tire locally and take it along and not pay premium prices they were charging. I give them the go ahead for putting on the new tire and the service guy tells me they will have to check and see if they have the tire in stock and if they don't it'll be another 3-4 days to order the new tire! WOW! I'm driving and half way to Albany at this point, just to find out that I might have to turn back and go home. He calls me back and sure enough, they don't have it in stock. He offers to take one of the tires off a new car and put it on mine unless I want to wait for 3-4 more days(and pay even more for the rental). I don't wait to wait 3-4 more days because this has already been a nightmare to deal with. At this point, as a customer, I feel like I need to be compensated one way or the other. I mean, who wouldn't? This is not what you expect when you deal with a professional dealership. I've had a few cars in the past and I've dealt with many dealership but nothing this bad! Anyway, I ask them for some kind of discount for all this trouble and all I get is a measly $20 off. Almost insulting when I've sunk in so much at the rental, not to mention the wasted time. I called the manager today morning, and all he offered was his apologies saying they did fix my car after all and there's nothing else they can offer. Stay. Away.

I recently bought a Mazda CX 3 and while I do like the car, the follow up service and attention to my concerns have been completely ignored. I emailed my sales person twice about availability of roof racks for the new model and was ignored both times. As a result I would not recommend this dealership.

Purchased a later model Mazda two years ago from another local dealership. We had a service issue arise that was covered by the extended warrantee I had purchased. Orange (Authorized Mazda Service) handled the warrantee repair with nothing overlooked and in a timely manner. They preformed additional work that was also covered after bringing it to my attention! Who does that these days?? 2 Months since repair and we're happy as can be. Working with Ken and Michael was a pleasure. I look forward to purchasing at Orange when the time comes.

Buying a car, new or old, is often one of the most stressful experiences of any purchase. I am pleased to say that our recent purchase of a new Mazda3 at Orange Motors was smooth, professional and with no stress! The paper work was a breeze. Nagie gave us a great introduction to the vehicles instruments, and we were off!

I recently had a automatic transmission fluid leak on my 2009 Mazda 6, and the part I needed for repair was only available for the dealership. I called Orange Motors on Wednesday, November 25 and I was informed the part would need to be ordered. So they placed the order and told me it would most likely be in Monday, November 30. Monday passed and I received no call, so I decided to call them on Tuesday. They informed me the part should be in Wednesday, December 1. I waited and received no call, so I decided to call again today, Thursday, December 3. I asked if they had received the part and the man from the parts department told me they had received it. Seconds later, the story changed and he informed me it was on backorder. I get the feeling the part was ordered and received, but used for repairs on someone else's vehicle because the dealership stood to make more money on the labor, than simply selling me the part. If the part was on back order, it would have been a responsible decision of the parts department to give me a call. Now I'm stuck filling my transmission fluid on a daily basis until I find the part somewhere else. Very poor customer service!

I just leased a new 2016 fusion. I was referred to Felix, and I was not disappointed. The process was the easiest I have ever been through. After I purchased the car, Felix took the time to go through the entire vehicle, showing me each and every switch, button and option. While I was waiting, another salesman helped me out, and the entire staff made sure to introduce themselves to me, and took me on a tour of the facility. I will definitely be back in a couple months when its time to trade in our other car.
